This review is long overdue and I cannot recommend Travis highly enough. Travis came highly recommended to me, but he unfortunately does not serve San Luis Obispo. Although I am quite handy, I could not remedy the error code my spa was displaying despite months of effort and replacing a few components which typically can cause the problem. Even though he is extraordinarily busy, he helped me diagnose my spa remotely via a series of phone calls and texts. He is very knowledgeable and was unnecessarily generous with his time. When I asked how I could repay him for his assistance, all he asked is if I would write a review. I still hope to me him in person one day and buy him a cold beer! read more

I came to my vacation house yesterday and found my spa not working. I called Travis and he was booked for the next week but offered to meet me close to my house and sell me the part I needed, not for a crazy amount either. He sold it to me for what I found it for on the internet! Super nice guy and when I was installing it I came across another issue. I called him about 5 times and he answered every time and helped me fix the problem. This guy understand customer service! Contacted Travis about a Spa issue we were having since moving into our new home here in the central coast. I sent Travis some images of the spa and he responded quickly and offered some solutions to try first (in order to save money and not waste time) which worked. Travis was professional and prompt as well as easy to talk to. In the future if we have any type of problems with this spa I will certainly contact Travis for help and guidance. No fooling around trying to sell me an expensive part I didn't need; he turned the reasonably priced order for a new pump around within two days and did the replacement very quickly after that. Travis has maintained my Spa for a couple of years now and I would not EVER call anyone else. He is very quick to respond and usually gets right out. He always succeeds in troubleshooting any issues but best of all, he helps me learn to tackle a lot of issues on my own and find the best deal on parts when they are needed. We have an aging spa that and equipment that the pump would not start on. We called Travis to have him come look at the spa to see if it was even worth fixing. Travis asked us to send him some pictures of the equipment and said he would be out in the afternoon to look at the spa. He arrived, took a look at the spa was able to find and fix the problem. We contacted Travis because our spa was not heating. He made the appt and came out to troubleshoot for us. As it turned out he had to replace a few items and update the breaker which was really old.
