Tom went above and beyond to find us an incredible deal on a beautifully refurbished Sundance spa and somehow had it delivered and installed the very next day--something that normally takes weeks. From start to finish, Tom was honest, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we got the right hot tub rather than just making a sale. He communicated every step of the way, did exactly what he said he would do, and made the entire process completely stress-free. The quality of their refurbished hot tubs is top-notch, and it's obvious they take pride in doing things the right way. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, stands behind their work, and truly goes the extra mile for their customers, Tom is the person to call. We couldn't be happier with our Sundance hot tub and the exceptional service we received. Thank you again, Tom!

After doing research online I packed up the kids and headed to hydro heaven. I had questions about ph Balance, chlorine and basically everything associated with taking care of a hot tub. They talked with me and I ended up leaving with a printed page that details hot tub care and maintenance from start to finish. The employee was helpful and informative. If you are starting your journey on hot tub/pool care and cleaning then this is a nice place to start. Nothing was cheap but I didn't expect that it would be. I'm headed back to get some restorative spray cleaner for my cover. Gotta keep that thing looking good. Drop the chlorine. I'm out..

We had a very disappointing experience with Xtreme Backyards. They were at the Paso Robles…read moreFairgrounds for their recent spa sale and I decided to attend. The shopping process was pleasant, welcoming, and my salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When I decided to move forward with the purchase, the salesman discussed the details of delivery and assured us that they would provide the delivery people who would remove the old spa and unload/install the new spa and I would only need to provide one person to be a spotter for their delivery people to ensure the spa doesn't tilt one way or the other. Delivery was very straightforward; my yard was very easy to get into and there was plenty of room. Then, when they called me to schedule delivery, they informed me I would need to provide two people to help with delivery and heavy lifting. I said this was not the agreement and that I didn't have anyone physically capable to help with this. Unfortunately, on delivery day, only two of their delivery people showed up. Me and my daughter were expected to move the old spa and unload the new one, which was something that we never agreed to and were unprepared for. I am a 62-year-old female with a back injury and was not able to help. If you go to the appliance store to purchase a new refrigerator, you aren't expected to have to help the delivery people drag it into your home and risk it being damaged, right? This was my fear as well as I didn't want to become injured and I didn't want my new spa damaged. To make matters worse, the new spa arrived on the delivery truck without any protective covering, plastic wrap, styrofoam, etc. It also had standing water in the bottom and water continued to drain from the jets during the moving process. It also had scrapes and scuffs on the top. There was a yellow hard water line around the entire inside of the spa. There was a sandpaper-like residue on the walls in the entire inside of the spa. The filters were filthy. And then I realized that I was given a floor/show model but I didn't agree to purchasing one. As of today, I am still working on removing the hard water residue on the inside and have yet to sit in and enjoy my spa. The delivery person poured some chemicals from the chemical kit into my spa and left. Considering this was a significant purchase, it was reasonable to expect a follow up call from a staff member to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, the delivery process, etc. which of course, never happened. What was agreed upon during the sale was completely different from what actually happened. I feel misled and taken advantage of. This was a major purchase, and the lack of professionalism, customer service, and transparency is incredibly frustrating. Based on our experience, I recommend shopping around and purchasing from another company.

We got a 2026 model Hotspring Jetsetter LX. Best hot tub I have ever been in, super quiet, powerful jets. We use it a few times a week. I was a bit concerned about the power needs of keeping it hot but the insulation is amazing and the heater only comes on for a few minutes every 4 or 5 hours (see the graph from my Tesla power management app). The top is very light but keeps in heat and also the water. Only had to add a bit of water after 3 months! Recommend this equipment and this vendor. I can't comment yet on their warranty service as the product has been flawless.
