Unfortunately, after taking classes here for 6 months, I can't say that I will return again. Im…read morekind of relieved that I used up my last pass tonight. I don't like giving places bad reviews, but I also know that as a paying customer, I deserve to be treated right. This kind of feels like when you first start dating someone, everything seems great, but then as the months go by, you realize, oh dear, I've made a grave mistake and need to get out of the situation. Thats exactly my feeling about this studio. Read on to see why you should go elsewhere. They opened about 6 months ago and I saw their ad on IG so stopped by for a free class. The class was ok and I then talked to the owner. What's interesting is that she said I could not sign up for their new student special of 3 classes for $40 because I just had a free class (even though it was their grand opening - I should have known then to not sign up for anything), and then proceeded to tell me about memberships. I rarely get memberships as I like to cross train and check out various venues. So, I signed up for 10 classes for $250. Its a good rate for reformer pilates, so I thought maybe it will work out. But sometimes gut instincts are spot on and I should have listened to my intuition. Owner then joined a few classes at the beginning when they first opened and randomly she would be in the classes I took, but she was pretty unfriendly and didnt bother to say hi to me even though we were in several classes together. That definitely didnt leave a good impression on me. She was kind of stuck up and said she works in corporate sales or something and that this is just a side hustle. That definitely left an even more sour taste in my mouth. One time I signed up for an early afternoon class but by the time I got there, the class was canceled and it become an open reformer class, so you do the exercises yourself. I didnt want to waste the class and already drove over, so did teach myself the sets but that wasnt ideal. The interior of this studio is weird and just not very aesthetically appealing to me. I am sensitive to light and the florescent lighting just does not work for me. I feel like I am doing reformer pilates in a hospital. I also found the machines to be a bit gross after 6 months as the straps are quite worn now and sometimes the floors are kind of dirty (lots of hair) and makes me want to leave this place quickly. The sound system in the studio is awful and very scatchy sounding. Cheap equipment. The cubby area is also a very tight space and so when class is over, its like a traffic jam to get out. Bathroom has only one stall, so can be a wait. To be honest, I just kind of dreaded this entire 6 month experience, but I am not a wasteful person so I made sure I used up my 10 passes. The other thing is that there is a 6 month expiration on packs you buy, so beware of that, very short window to use your passes. Their class sign up system is also clunky and I didnt enjoy that either. I prefer MindBody. The reason this place gets two stars and not one is that most of the instructors have been good and they do really try to teach a good class. The problem is everything else including the owner. I just refuse to support a business where so many things aren't working for me. Overall, its probably one of the worst studios I've experienced and I've been exercising for a good 25 years and practiced a lot of different yoga & pilates all over the world. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere where youre treated right and actually feel excited about the classes you're taking. Im definitely breaking up with this place.

This studio is really cute as it also doubles as a plant shop. Pilates studios are always expensive but they currently have some founding/new member deals. The staff were welcoming.

From the time you enter you're flooded with beautiful decor all around you. Right now there are Fall and Christmas decor around every corner. The slight negative is how damaged decor items were or inoperable decor on the tables for sale. I think those items should have been moved, highly discounted, or flagged somehow. The positives are customer service from the cashiers and one person in particular who I flagged on the floor to help me get an item that was too far to reach on the table.

I called the number on the order and they basically they would cancel the order so I saId OK. About an hour later the stand arrived via Uber. I told them to take it back and they said they could not and they had to leave it here. I called the number again and they said I would have to bring it back personally or order something to go with it. I tried to order a few things and they kept saying out of stock and also would have charged me another delivery charge. The person on the phone said I had to order on line or go in the store as they could not help. I was upset and they told me that kept telling me I had to stop my attitude.

I didn't think I'd find one in Arizona, but lo and behold... SummerWinds Nursery had it! The tree was healthy, vibrant, and honestly felt like a little miracle. In Filipino culture, calamansi is considered lucky. People plant it to attract abundance, place coins and grains at the base for prosperity, and use its juice in cleansing rituals. My mom was over the moon when I bought her one. The staff at SummerWinds were super helpful and genuinely kind. You can tell they care about their plants and their customers. The nursery itself is beautiful--peaceful, well-organized, and full of unique finds. Prices were reasonable. You can also get rewards here if you return again. Great value! Special thanks to Quinn for helping us load the tree to my car. If you're looking for something special or just want to be surrounded by plant magic, this place is worth the visit. Lenhart's ACE Hardware is a 5 Star Experience !!!!!…read more I wanted this particular non-stick Fry pan that was a bit hard-to-find up close and personal (I'm one of those tactile people who likes to feel the weight, touch the handle etc.) and my on-line search showed it was available at this ACE Hardware in Mesa. So I decided to call ahead first to make sure they had it and I reached the NICEST, MOST helpful woman named Barbara. What a sweetie !!!!! She went and found the pan (yay); brought it up to the front and then answered ALL the questions I had about this pan. I asked her if she could hold it for me up front; she said, "No problem". When my husband and I arrived there it was right up front. We were both impressed by Barbara and her accommodating TOP-NOTCH customer service. The store is clean, very well organized and laid out in a welcoming, easy-to-navigate atmosphere. I highly recommended Lenhart's ACE in Mesa - definitely a find.

My friend was very compliant and obeyed her hand signals, but was greatly confused as he didn't understand any English. I asked why and she said it was to prevent theft, but there wasn't any signs stating that there was this policy in place. They have security cameras all over the store and don't have any reason to suspect us as we just walked into the store. What if our bags and items inside got stolen? Who would be held responsible? To prevent theft they should hire more security instead of lowering the shopping experience of loyal customers. How would you feel if you stepped inside a store to shop but was suddenly accused of theft out of nowhere? I can't imagine how bad my friend felt. She even started threatening us and said she would call the manager. Luckily for her, we were in a rush so we went to a different Ace Hardware right afterwards and the people there didn't stop us at all and we finished our shopping there without any mishaps. We also asked them if they had a leave the bag at the door policy, but they looked confused as well. I was greatly disappointed by how they treated their customers and felt strongly discriminated against. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend this place to others!
