So they were assigned to me, the driver jump started my car so I told him that I would drive it home where he proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't be paid so I felt bad and had him tow it anyways. Come to find out once talking to my agent he would have got paid it just would have been a different payment for the different service especially since it says roadside assistance on their website and their truck. Then on January 6th, 26 the driver said we had to push the car out of my driveway to get it on the flatbed which made no sense because it's all wheel drive and he could have easily pulled it up backwards. I helped push my Buick which was very heavy to get it onto the truck once it was on the truck the driver had me use the lever to move the Munch down as he hooked it up to the car had me use the level to pull the car back up onto the flatbed. Once it was on the flatbed at an angle he had me climb into the car to put it in park do the emergency brake and get my keys. Mind you it was slushy and snowing out I could have seriously got hurt and I don't know how to do the flatbed considering it's not mine and I'm not certified in anything. And then once the car was attached to the tow truck he proceed to ask me for 20 to $30 because the insurance company doesn't pay him to push the car out of the driveway and it was very hard work. Not to mention I helped him push it out of the driveway and did all the work to get the car up onto the flatbed. Do not use this company !

We live on a main street so loading the car would block the road. Abraham was able to get the car on the truck in less than five minutes, so only one driver was blocked for a minute or two. Then, a couple days later, my daughter called to tell me her car broke down on I-5. When I got there, I was unable to get it running. I called Guardian Towing because I had such a good experience with them the first time. Dispatch said they could get a truck there in 30 - 45 minutes. Rush-hour on the side of the highway I'm sure everybody saw dollar signs. Ron informed me that the driver who was responsible for the problems with my tow was no longer with the company, and offered to reimburse me for the cost of the damages that were caused. I provided him with copies of the receipts and the mechanic's statement regarding which damage was caused by the initial accident (most of it) and which damage was caused by the unfortunate tow (left rear lateral link). I had previously filed a claim with the company that subcontracts out for Subaru Roadside Assistance (Agero), who denied the claim and refused to accept responsibility for the expense. Ron, however, was true to his word, and a few days after I faxed over the documentation, he sent me a check reimbursing me for the portion of the damage caused by the tow. I appreciate that he followed up and also that he took responsibility for his (former) driver. It is unfortunate that before writing the review, I was dealing with Agero, rather than directly with the tow company, because Ron handled the situation much better than Agero did. Everyone makes mistakes, but a true reflection of a business is how they handle them and make them right.

I was broke down on the side of the highway and the State Patrolman told me that if I couldnt get a tow he would get one for me.
