Before they would agree to do it we would have to have the car inspected. A 3 page itemized templete check list was used. Concerns were checked with a 1-must do. 2-can wait and 3-when ever.... We decided on a budget and checked off what our budget would cover. A few weeks later Phil was called to come into Mad Max Cars for an update. During this meeting he was told that the work was underbudget. The following morning we received an invoice for approximately $2600.00 over the buget! Mad Max Cars response when we question was all the detail that they did to the car. But why did Mad Max Cars not communicate and not let us review the list and decide what needed to adjusted? Called dealer, and as it was late in the afternoon they said I could have a loaner if I made it in before five. Called my Insurance for Roadside assistance and, aside for assurances they would pick the car up today (but could not guarantee less than four hours) they gave me a list of qualified tow services that could flatbed an EV that was locked down. Top of the list was Tow World. Greg (Tow World) told me he would be there in fifteen minutes, and he made it in thirteen. Had our Leaf on the truck bed and to the dealer within forty minutes - Just in time to transfer our groceries to the lender car and check our Leaf in for repairs. THANK YOU Greg!

He showed up about 20-30 mins later and drove the car to my house all the way in south everett. My husband rode in with him and said he was very nice and they had good conversation. I'd recommend this place to anyone! Needing a tow is no fun and he made it much less stressful than it could of been!
