Everything was done efficiently, and I was in and out of the service bay doors in exactly 15 minutes! I read a lot of mixed reviews on Yelp before going here, but I was happy to report that I didn't encounter any problems whatsoever. I told them I just did them within the last 2 years and that they shouldn't be bad yet. They showed me the brakes. Hard to tell from where I looked. I Wanted to see if there was any warranty left on anything before proceeding. I was given major attitude when I declined a quote. Fast forward to now I ordered new brakes (on their advice) to install myself and got to taking the old pads off to discover there is still 60% of the pad left... I will not be going back to Jiffy Lube for any kind of service. My company I work for does a lot of work through here as well and will be suggesting a new service place. During check in, I am told that it will be difficult to assess how long it will take because the service worker will not he arriving for another hour or so. I would have appreciated knowing this at the time I scheduled so could plan a more appropriate drop off time. Next, I am told it should take a few hours and ideally it'll be done around noon. I understand there is some wiggle room to that number, but I was called at 3:41pm being told that the service I was recommended/scheduled for is not the current recommendation. So, not only did they have my car for almost 8 hours but it also took that amount of time to hear any information about the service that was recommended on my car. This was a convenient location for me to go, but there was multiple service workers who showed no care or interest in explaining how this lack of communication occurred. I was given a store manager card to call during the work week, when I called, I was placed on hold until the call eventually ended on its own. I will simply go to the next closest option to avoid this headache in the future.

He said oh I'm not sure if we can do just pads, but I will see if we can and give you a call in 30minutes. That should have made me leave right away. I walk back in 15° weather to the location and they say we've been calling and you never answered. I said I don't have any missed calls, what number do you have? It was the wrong number. He just said "your name" so I have no idea if they had my correct email, but they didn't appear to even think of emailing me anyway so who knows. So I just said ok just give me my keys so I can leave. 3 hours I waited and the truck was still on the lift with the tires off, so I had to wait longer for them to put the wheels back on and drop it. He walks in and says here's your keys. No apologies, no remorse. Like it was somehow my fault. So not sure what to say about whether you should take your vehicle here or not for service. No clue what it would have even cost bc they never told me. But would you trust someone who can't take a phone number, or think to at least email to service your vehicle?
