Moreover, I had arranged a time with Glass Doctor of Brevard County on the lower end of North Wickham for yesterday. I was unable to find the place. I was quoted $110 for this small job. I told the woman that I did not want to reschedule, that I live in Suntree and that I'll find a place closer to where I live. I found GO Glass. $65. Andy is very cordial, young, full of energy, has skilled guys working there, and knows how to treat customers. This is his livelihood Definitely worth shopping for any auto glass work before you commit.

If you are keeping peoples cars past closing time, you need to answer the phones after you call for pickup. It's not ok to leave people without a car overnight!

No text. No update. Nothing. At around 4:00 PM, after hearing absolutely nothing, I had to spend $47 on rideshare transportation just to get back to the shop because Safelite's automated customer service line was useless. Their AI system apparently cannot comprehend the phrase "live person." When I arrived, I found my car had only been moved about ten feet from where I originally left it that morning -- and no work had been done whatsoever. After an entire business day, nobody bothered to contact me and tell me the appointment clearly was not happening. That level of incompetence and disrespect for a customer's time is unbelievable. Nobody apologized. Nobody communicated. Nobody seemed remotely concerned that they had wasted an entire day of my time and cost me additional money. The professionalism at this location is nonexistent. The entire place operates like a clown show pretending to be a business. Honestly, it feels like the nonstop migration from South Florida brought the same terrible work ethic and dysfunction to the Space Coast. This location had exactly that vibe: disorganized, indifferent, and completely lacking accountability. I will never use this Safelite again, and I will absolutely be telling my insurance company to stop recommending this location. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism.
