This is to inform customers that Roger is going to post that Pro-Tec replaced a windshield for him and ruined his headliner. This customer is lying and is trying to blame me. I've been doing auto glass for over 37 years and my business runs solely on referrals. My reputation speaks for itself with many satisfied customers. I've explained to him why his headliner is visible now, but he refuses to believe me. I do the best that I can for all of my customers and if I damaged someone's vehicle I would definitely take responsibility and fix the problem. Drew at Pro tech is a great guy to work with. He will come to you and repair or replace your windshield.

So this guy walked up and started looking in my car windows before he knocked on my door to try to sell me on using his company to replace my windshield. While I was trying to tell him no he began arguing with me about it. So I closed the door.. as he walked away I heard him say.. "Goofy Ass N*****". So I would have let the argument go, but the commen the made as he was walking away was way over the line. The thing is he must not have seen my cameras. I have the entire conversation on video. My next step is to turn the video over to the proper authorities, the BBB and the news. 1st don't use this racist company. 2nd they are putting a claim in with your insurance company. Made an appointment with the installer. Showed up late and with wrong glass. Said he would be back in the morning so I didnt make him put my old glass back in. Big mistake!!! The guy didnt show up for 3 days. He finally put the correct glass in but when I inspected his work he damaged my dashboard. He said he had a guy that could fix it. The guy couldnt fix it and now he isnt returning my calls or texts. Now I have to deal with the insurance company to get my dash fixed. Never again. read more

Finished the repair quickly but shortly after inspection saw sealer smeared on my headliner. He got angry when i asked him what we could do and he said not my problem. Proceeded to argue with me and started packing up his stuff in a rush to get out. I told him not to leave until we came to a resolution. He threatened me and almost ran me over with his van, he started to become very belligerent so we had to call the cops. He signed a paper stating he'd fix the issue, a week later hasnt returned my calls or anything. He is working on an expired business license and is working without insurance! Be warned! read more

This is an AWESOME company! I had a semi truck in front of me on I-95 and a huge rock from the dual wheels flew out and hit my trucks windshield. I needed to leave to go home the next day and within 2-hours that same afternoon a Pro Tec technician came to my sister in-laws house and installed the windshield. Safelite and all the other companies I called couldn't do it until the next afternoon. I suggest doing business here; this is a 1st class company. THANKS PRO TEC! read more

I didn't book this person the Government did because of damage to my property. I was skeptical because I wasn't sure I what I would get, so I watched his every move from afar and I am proud to say this company and Drew went beyond what I thought I would get. I watched him treat my vehicle as if it were his own, he wiped and cleaned as he fixed my glass all along the way, he also took extra care to make sure he didn't cause any further damage, Drew was quick but very efficient and kind and respectful. I didn't book him but I took his card and thought if I EVER have anything needing to be done to my glass or windshield Drew is the person I am going to call.
