Go Glass is a great company that provides great service. We are very pleased with the quality of their work. We called Andy (the owner), on a Friday. Andy came out that same day and gave us an estimate to install a mirror in our master bathroom. On Monday afternoon, Andy came to our home with two workers and installed our new mirror. I made an appointment late yesterday afternoon with Andy, the owner, for 9:30 this AM. I arrived on time. Andy took my car and filled a tiny (smaller than a dime) stone crack on my windshield. It turned out clean and virtually invisible. I was out in less than 30 minutes. Moreover, I had arranged a time with Glass Doctor of Brevard County on the lower end of North Wickham for yesterday. I was unable to find the place. I was quoted $110 for this small job. I told the woman that I did not want to reschedule, that I live in Suntree and that I'll find a place closer to where I live. I found GO Glass. $65. Andy is very cordial, young, full of energy, has skilled guys working there, and knows how to treat customers. This is his livelihood Definitely worth shopping for any auto glass work before you commit. read more

I had my windshield replaced on a Friday morning, which was scheduled for 9 am. I requested to have the Honda OEM windshield replacement glass as I have a 2021 Accord. Novus staff made the phone call to request the OEM windshield from my insurance company and they gave it their ok. I had to bring my car to their shop because the lane assistant needed to be recalibrated. I got there a few minutes early and they took my car right away. I spoke with the owner and learned it was a family owned business. We talked while other family members worked on the glass windshield replacement. The replacement and recalibration was finished in about 1.5 hours. Everyone involved treated me professionally the entire time. Novus needed two signatures for the finished work, and this was quickly taken care of. I got on the road and turned on the lane assistant immediately to test it. My car stayed in the center of the lane and worked just like it did from the day I drove it off the Honda dealers lot. It was nice to know there was a local shop in Rockledge where I live. I would definitely recommend Novus Glass to anyone in need of a windshield replacement or repair. read more

We pulled in and asked for a quote to repair a chip in our windshield which we just got coming off I-95. The owner Mr Medina said yes they could fix it. Absolutely very nice and professional. The price was fair and reasonable. There were 5 employees there and everyone worked to satisfy their customers. 3 more cars came in for the same issues. I highly recommend GO Glass over the nationally advertised Companies. This is a local family owned business that pays taxes, sends their kids to school and is apart of this community. Large crack in windshield covered by insurance, but my request for OEM glass meant Safelite wasn't an option. Novus took on the case, got all the approvals, coordinated with my car dealer to recalibrate the safety features that are done through the glass (auto braking, distance, etc). But they went even further when I couldn't make my schedule work to get the car to both places. They came and picked the car up, did the installation in their shop, took the car to the dealer for the recalibration and then delivered the car back to me! I haven't had that kind of service ever! All the while, they kept me constantly up to date on status via text. Amazing! I couldn't recommend Novus more highly! read more

I needed my windshield replaced on my 2019 Toyota Corolla. My insurance company set up the replacement with Novus Glass. When I called Novus Glass they insisted that their latest appointment was at 3:00. I left work early to meet them at my home. By 5:00 I had to call them to find out if they were still coming. A professionally run operation would have called the client to inform them that their technician was running late. The technician showed up at 5:30. When he was finished he told me that another person would call me to make an appointment to recalibrate my windshield. I received a call two days later and set up an appointment for that Friday. I waited all afternoon for that technician to show up. He was a complete no show. Again, no one from Novus called me. I called them on Monday and was told that all of their technicians were in South Florida until Wednesday and they would do it in the afternoon. Wednesday morning I was in an accident that totalled my vehicle. This probably would have been prevented if my windshield had been recalibrated at the time that the windshield was installed or on the Friday when the technician did not show up. I believe that Novus Glass is largely responsible for my accident. read more

We contacted Novus after a rock cracked my husband's truck windshield. We were in a time crunch because we were driving to a very cold climate three days after it happened, and of course it happened on a Friday. Andy called me back right away, and he was extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable. He confirmed they even had the OEM windshield for my husband's truck, and his wife contacted our insurance company to set up the claim, all within a few hours of my first call. They were even able to re-calibrate the camera, etc. on the windshield, right there in their shop. We dropped off the truck early Saturday morning, and it was finished before lunch. No paperwork, no fuss, and no issues. I found Novus on Yelp after contacting two other glass replacement places, both of which couldn't get us in for a repair until more than a week away. Novus is top-notch, very professional, and very friendly, not to mention quick, which is exactly what we needed. Thank you Novus! read more
