They had it done in 3 days and when I picked my car up and got inside I noticed they had gone the extra mile to clean the inside and made the outside nice and sparkly, even the tires. Work requested: Brought my car here to have some decades-old, sun-damaged paint protection film…read moreremoved. I was able to remove a section of this myself (without any damage, mind you) but it was just taking too long so I decided to take it to a shop. I was told when I got the estimate that they could damage the paint in the process, which may lead to a need for repainting. We said we'd cross that bridge when we got to it. Timeline: Dropped the car off May 14th, was promised back May 16th, or May 19th at the latest. 3-5 days. Late completion: They had the car for a week and never called to say it was running late. I finally dropped by to check on it, discussed the little bit of progress they'd made. I said I was patient and just wanted it done right and to avoid painting it. I didn't get the car back until the 2nd week of June, nearly a month after dropping it off. Outcome: When I went to pick it up they told me they'd painted it. I never OK'd this, but they did it for free so I guess that's ok? The paint job looks pretty bad. It's not blended in, there's a huge streak across the hood. You can see the line from the film they were supposed to remove, painted over. So they never really finished the job I paid them for, but they did paint over it all at no charge to me. My objections to the condition the car was returned in have been met by the refutation that it looks much better (they also detailed the car, which I appreciate). Which, yeah, it does, it also has a paint job that looks like it belongs on a salvage title car at a buy-here-pay here lot. The door handles on my car were damaged when sanding or polishing. It's evident a rotary tool wore the chrome off the corners. The manager of the shop bought me new handles out of his own pocket (I didn't realize, or misunderstood he was doing this at the time), seemingly because he didn't think the shop itself would make this right, despite it being their work that caused it. Additionally, the finish of the headlights on my car were damaged, looks like some some kind of chemical, and another spot maybe from masking tape being pulled off. I dropped this topic because it was pretty clear they were going to charge me to do anything else, even if it was fixing damage caused by them. I want to give my thanks to the detailer who cleaned the inside, the car has never looked better. Otherwise, I wish I had never brought my car here and had just done it myself.

My service advisor saw the big ole chip on the front windshield. Gave me the business card for SuperGlass. They highly recommend SuperGlass. The dealership does business with them quite often on a lot of the cars. I trust my service advisor's rec and trust that the dealership does good business with this company so I took a chance. Texted Mike. Got a response right away. Walked me through the steps of what I should tell my insurance company to get them to send the referral to SuperGlass. The process was quick and easy with Mike's help. Mike was responsive, honest, and communicative. Monday morning he texts me back and says, they've received the referral and that the glass has been ordered. Midweek, Veronica texts me and says that the glass should arrive by the end of the week, maybe Friday. Can we schedule for end of week. I said absolutely! We scheduled something for the following week on a Thursday. They were able to come to my job. Veronica had kept me updated throughout the whole process through and through with the technician who was coming to install my windshield. His name is Darius. She told me he would arrive between 10AM-1PM at my job. He was there by 11AM. Called me to let me know that he was on his way and his ETA. Did what he had to do. Glass was replaced. Looks great! Told me that the tech, Doug who calibrates the car, will call me as soon as he heads over as he's leaving another job. Surely enough, Doug calls me. Lets me know his ETA and comes in, grabs my keys, gets to working on calibrating my car. All questions answered and felt like they took care of my car so well. Super pleased at this point. Impressed with the service, the easiness of going through my insurance company w/this company has been easy and such a breeze. On my way home, I noticed that the windshield had some deep scratches on the windshield. I reached out to them the next day, Friday. Let Veronica know I had noticed some deep scratches on the windshield. She asked me to send pictures and told me that she would have a tech reach out to me to coordinate a time and location that he can meet me so he can buff it out for me. Eric and I settled for Saturday. He was running behind, but kept in contact with me through the day to let me know his ETA. Not a problem for me considering he was coming to my place of residence. We did exchange text messages and phone calls, I did let him know that I saw a few scratches, he said no problem, has he'd do his very best to make sure it's as least noticeable as possible. That. day he comes, works on it for about an hour and it looks amazing! Brand new! Not only until after he left did I see the other scratch that I couldn't find when he was there. Texted him immediately, didn't expect him to come back. It's a Saturday, he may have other jobs to go to. So I told him, I'd reach out to Veronica on Monday. Which I did. Explained everything to her. She was more than understanding, since Eric was going to be in the area, she told me he'd reach out to me and see if he can swing by and take a look and buff it out. He again, called me, we agreed for him to come over and it took him literally 30-45 mins and he was done. The deep scratch is gone, like it never happened. I cannot recommend this business enough! The whole team made it quick, easy, and smooth. I didn't have to worry not one bit about my car. Not worrying if they're going to do a good job. If they're going to meet expectations. They surpassed it. Definitely recommend this business for sure. When those rocks and things come flying at your windshield on 95-South and you have damage, get in touch with these guys. They'll put your mind at ease. Highly recommend.

I'm a mechanical engineer with experience in the automotive industry. I'm giving 3 of 5 stars…read morebecause I did not actually use their service. I did however take my car to the shop for a quote. I first called to ask for a quote for a specific repair job for a specific car. They would not provide a quote over the phone as a couple of other shops did. They insisted I bring the car in for diagnosis, so at the appointed time I showed up with the car. After three hours of waiting, they provided a quote for the service I asked for that was ~50% higher than the next closest quote. They also did a 'courtesy inspection' which I did not ask for. This inspection resulted in 7 additional recommended items totaling about $1,800. Things like this fluid change, that cleaning, etc. The car has 300k miles on it, and the majority of these items have never been done. The experience reminds me of the slick marketing we get at the dealership repair shops, and is exactly what I was hoping to avoid by choosing a 'family-owned' shop. The actual work product may in fact be excellent; I don't know. But it is probably over priced.
