I called the # listed & the voicemail asked me to call a different # (no big deal). I called the # & told him that I had a new computer in the box that I purchased under 2yrs ago & never used it, & it went back to the original settings. I gave him the stats off the box & said that I wanted it reset. He told me that he could reset it & recommend replacing my hardware, because he said that my computer would run slow now, because it's over a old & I would need more space. I told him that I didn't understand how a new, never used computer could need new hardware replaced.. it just wasn't making sense to me. He suggested upgrading to a new hardware w/setup for $275. The price & recommendation seemed a little excessive for a new computer, so a asked for a quote for setup w/Windows installation only & he said $175. I told him that I needed to think this over, because for a few more hundred dollars, I could buy a new computer, but why would I buy another new computer, when I took mine out of the box? After my conversation w/DJ, I decided to get a 2nd opinion, & I'm so glad that I did! I ended up going somewhere else (We Save Data), saving hundreds of dollars, & receiving same day service w/more added features. I learned a valuable lesson... just because something says affordable, doesn't mean it's affordable /ethical.
