C.G. completed another job of complete rebuild of the firebox in living Rm fireplace, and new spring-loaded top cover up on the roof. 2 years down the road; everything is working great. Kicking Ash Chimney Service provides great customer service, quality work, and consistent…read morecommunication from time of booking to completion of work. For scheduling, I worked with Danielle, and then for other matters of the service being done I worked with the contractors. Before we even purchased our current home, Kick Ash Chimney Service provided a chimney inspection on our prospect home and then provided a cost estimate for services needed/suggested for our home. The services recommended to us included a replacement of our chimney flute (which was old and damaged), and then an application of chimney sealant to prevent moisture or cold air from coming into our home. Also, before I booked the services, I called to learn more about the services that were being recommended, and the owner talked me through each recommendation, which made me feel better about the purchase. With that, the overall cost for an inspection/cleaning was competitive, and they offered the best rate. They were mindful of weather, and always communicated via text or phone call whether they were going to be limited to come out on their scheduled day. This did happen to us, but they re-scheduled us for the following day. Also, all the workers who came on our property wore masks correctly, which to me is important with everything happening with COVID-19. Overall, I would work with them again and recommend them to friends and family for chimney repair and services.

She has called twice, and each time been told they would send the quote right over. To date, she has still never received it. If this is how they do business from the start, I'd hate to hire them to replace an entire chimney.

It gets messy tearing down an old chimney and not one of our delicate plants in front of our house were damaged.
