I am very happy with the staff, always pleasant. The upkeep of machines and restrooms is excellent, and as with other "apex" gyms, there's no waiting for 12 year olds to get off the machines. Overall a great gym!

They are so great with the kids and it frees me up to lift, play pickleball, or participate in a class. They will watch your child for up to 2.5 hours which should be more than enough time for a workout and shower. Additionally, kids can participate in fun activities like rock climbing, ballet, hip hop dancing, and martial arts while you work out. The thing that really drove home the value for me was the parents night out. Every week they will watch your children for 3 hours on Friday or Saturday night. On the pickleball front, it's hard to beat having 6 indoor courts, which are relatively easy to book - all at a cost of membership that is comparable to pickleball clubs.

One of the…read morestandout features is the small class sizes--capped at just 6 people--which means you get a lot of personal attention from their personal trainers without the pressure or chaos of a big-box gym. Whether you're brand new to fitness or a seasoned gym-goer, this place is designed for all levels of physical ability. The personal trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and great at modifying workouts to fit your goals and limitations with focus on proper form and calculated movements. The nutritional coaching is a huge bonus. It's not a one-size-fits-all plan--they take the time to work with you individually and help you build habits that actually last. The month-to-month membership is reasonably priced and gives you flexibility without locking you into long contracts, which I really appreciate. There are no additional fees. If you're looking for a gym that combines affordable personal training, nutritional coaching, and real results--this is the place.
