I have been searching everywhere for a recessed ceramic soap dish for my tile shower. I found it online at Pro Source Center and after some solid communication back and forth with Avi (the owner) to make sure it was what I needed, I ordered it. I felt that the FedEx Super Saver rate was high (thus only 4 star rating), but I needed to get this in my hands and installed for a home showing. When the soap dish was delivered by FedEx was broken, I freaked out and emailed Avi immediately. Terrible customer service! Package arrived with large holes in the box, crucial pieces necessary for installation were missing. I called and explained I would need them overnighted to me, as I have my plumber scheduled next day, and this was the only day for weeks he could fit me in. It is the only bathroom in the home, is now not usable. Owner refused, said it would cost him too much money to overnight. I ended up having to go to a local store and purchase the missing pieces for an additional $300. I ate it instead of this business owner! read more

I have done four showers using their shower kits with foam pan. First one has been in for 4 years with no issues at all. The only issue I have had is some of the pre-made corners and faucet grommets don't lay flat from slight manufacturing defects. Nothing that would make it less waterproof with slightly more care, but noticeable. Great stuff, great price. read more

I ordered grout and they sent the wrong color. When I contacted them, I was told that the color they sent was the same as the color I ordered with a different name. When I said that wasn't true, they stopped responding to me altogether. I challenged the charge with my credit card company, and they provided proof to them that they had sent something, even though it wasn't what I ordered. They still wouldn't respond to me. I never did get a refund or further response until they asked for a yelp review. I'd stay far away from this company. read more

I looked all over for a recessed ceramic soap dish in a color that would go with the tile being installed in 3 shower/tub remodels. After many hours wasted over several days of Internet searches and finding only white or the occasional bone color; I finally found a brown dish on Pro Source Center's website. I took a chance and ordered the 3 that I needed. Yes, my credit card was charged the next day (many companies charge only when they ship). There was a delay, but Mr Avi Levy was easy to get ahold of by the phone listed on the website. He indicated he had one in stock and it would be 2-3 weeks before he received the other 2. I said I needed one now for the first shower; so he shipped it. Unfortunately, I had to pay 2 shipping costs (which weren't cheap) and the color wasn't very close to the color sample chip I purchased from him; but it was far better than white. Bottom line, I received all 3 soap dishes within 5 weeks in good condition via FedEx. The first one is installed and looks great. Can't wait for my contractor to complete the other shower and tub. Worst company I've ever dealt with in a long while. Placed my order, they charged my credit card. Sent me a notice that they would ship in one week, item not in stock. Waited 3 weeks, sent an email requesting to cancel my order. Two weeks go by. No reply...... then I called, asking about cancellation. They didn't cancel. Asked to cancel the order & get refund. They said they would send verification. Guess what, they didn't. Called again, they finally sent verification. Waiting for my credit card to verify refund. Too much hassle dealing with this company. Ordered a few very simple Schlueter products from Pro Source on September 20th. It is now November 11th and still have not received my products. I have been given the run around by this company blaming delays on Covid for not having the products. Finally 2 weeks ago they promised the products would be in in less than a week and would be overnighted to me. Over a week later, still nothing. I spent a lot of time looking for a recessed toilet tissue holder to accommodate a jumbo roll. Pro Source has one listed. I ordered it on line in a color to match my bathroom tile. When it came, the color was correct, but they sent a different item, the small one. When I called to get it corrected, they said they only had that item in two colors that can't work for me. I asked them to take it back and credit my card. I paid for shipping to get it but now they insist I pay for shipping to get it back and a 25% restocking fee. Just making sure other future would-be customers are aware of this. read more

this company has terrible service. i placed an order for a shower kit. i called the next day to cancel the order after hours of no answer nor call backs. i was assured by the representative I spoke with that the order would be cancelled. the order was not cancelled and when the order arrived they had sent the wrong item. again I called and called and left messages and emails. no reply. finally getting an answer 4-5 days later I requested a return label to return the item they sent in error and all I was given was a return addresss but no prepaid return label which should have been supplied b/c i cancelled the order the next day and they also sent the wrong item. i am taking them to court for my money that has yet to be returned plus inconvenience for the work project this situation caused delays. do not do businesss with this company you will regret it and get no assistance. read more
