From the bid onward, KACI proved communicative, responsive, and could deliver exceptional craftsman work. Details of costs and a time line were specified, with change orders clearly indicated as needs arose. Although the project took slightly longer than anticipated, all major aspects of construction were completed and officially inspected in a timely manner.  Communication between KACI, subcontractors and ourselves was adequate. Costs of materials and labor were clearly indicated, including Washington State taxes. KACI conscientiously tracked and documented adherence to building codes.  All this, of course, was essential.  But going beyond that, all persons involved with KACI were polite, personable, and communicative. Overall design and details of construction were worked out conscientiously, with our feedback solicited. To say my wife is pleased with our new addition is an understatement. We are well satisfied.

What an offense to the human eyesight, the job they did at Pioneer Square Apartments. If this "designer" is old, please retire, you lack proper design education. If this "designer" is young, please go back to school, you have no design sense. The residents of this community were not taken into account. Wood seats, perfect for arthritic joints and hip replacements. Screaming loud colors and ugly patterns that clash with the Tuscan theme, which was not replaced. Perfect for those with sensory processing disorders. So, lovely pictures of Tuscany on a fluorescent tennis ball yellow. Hideous does NOT BEGIN TO COVER IT. Every wall a different color of highlighter in the pack. Truly sickening. Do not hire this "designer" to do your outhouse, much less ANYTHING else. His crew were all respectful of my property and space, and were friendly to be around. Clark accommodated my need to get the roof done quickly so I can see my house during the short Pullman summer selling season, for which I grateful and appreciative. He has a good guarantee and has been in the area for most of his life, so he's easy to find if for some reason there's a defective tile or something of that nature. highly recommend.
