This is the closest nail place to me, and I have gone for manicures and pedicures in past years that were not great, but good enough. This year it was terribleThe woman who did my many and pedi had no idea what she was doing. I had to stop her half a dozen times because she was hurting me. My nails are currently rather short becuase I had a health issue that caused softening and I cut them down. I told her that, still she dug the emory board into the sides of my nails where they meet the cuticle over and over. I never bled but the next day two of my fingers had visible scrapes. I stopped her and told her why over and over and she ignored me. Insult to incury, the polish started peeling in 2 days - I usually go about 10 days with a regular manicure - because she put the polish on too thick. Also, they are expensive, considerably more than I spend on a mani pedi in NYC. read more

very disappointed in the services I received, my manicure is streaky the lady who did my manicure was very careless and just rushed through it , when I had called on pricing they had told me 25$ for a manicure if I wanted gel it would be a 2 dollar add on , for my pedicure 45$ and same add on for the gel they charged me 120$ for a basic gel manicure and pedicure will not be going back ! read more

Usually a hit. But I had a lady do my pedi this time and she did not tend to my heals like I needed them. Complete disappointment because that's mainly why I get a pedi. Next time I'll ask for Sonny again. read more

If you're looking for a nail salon, this is the one! I've gone here twice now and have been really impressed with the services. Not only is the entire experience pleasant and relaxed, the quality of work that they do is great! I've received a classic pedicure, dip manicure and gel manicure, and each service has lasted with no chipping, even weeks after the service. Their pricing is very average (not cheap but not expensive). I highly recommend Pro Nails! read more

I will never go back. I called and made an appointment. Arrived on time and no one welcomed me, had me sign in, etc. After 20 minutes I left and went to Nails Tek. read more

Came in for a fill and the first nail tech adamantly said I needed a new set because some of my nails were lifting at the base. He was upset that I did not immediately agree with him then proceeded to clip off the side of my nail causing me to bleed. I was passed around to a different nail tech as his next client arrived. Polish ability is considerably low with unfinished edges and uneven polish. Prices are not transparent as extra charges are added on without explanation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Horrible experience. Sara and other staff rude. As the paying customer, if you say what you prefer for your nails they reply 'if don't like it you can go somewhere else.' Sara then abruptly got up and got some flunky to finish my mani. This person was bad at applying nail polish - very uneven and didn't cover all of the nail. She then hovered over me to ensure she got a tip. Low quality work and hostile environment. It's amazing Pro Nails is even in business - there is nothing professional about them. read more

They were very nice but the shape of my nails was very wonky and the design was chunky looking and uneven. A friend went here as well and her design was very messed up and very chunky, A very simple heart design was not at all like the reference picture, uneven strokes, completely different color, and was given and charged for a service she did not ask for. We were both quoted 60-65 dollars for our reference picture. We were both charged 80 dollars and the lowest tip options was 20% (16 dollars in our case). No option for a custom tip. Only other option was to not tip. The building was very clean and a calming atmosphere. The workers were all very nice and I'm very happy with the way I was treated, just less than satisfactory for the work that was done. If I had known that I would be charged 96 dollars I would have gone somewhere else. Pro Nails? More like Amateur Nails... read more

Horrible experience When I asked for a third coat, he said no. Asked not to file the sides, he did any way. Don't go here

I am not one to complain. The gentleman who did my pedicure last week was so impatient I was actually afraid to ask for a different color although I hated the color he used. If that were the only issue I may have gone back, however the biggest issue I experienced is that he sanded my feet so deep that I have a sore that actually broke open and bleed. It's hard to heal when I'm trying to wear shoes and function normally. I won't go back! read more

We went in to this salon for 2 dip manicures and an acrylic manicure, all with designs. We called the day before to set up an appointment and we got right in. Staff was friendly. There were plastic partitions on some of the tables but not all. My dip manicure with tips and a design was $70, which she let me know before she started (which is much appreciated). The design wasn't exactly like the picture but still cute. Overall a good salon. read more

Do not go to this place. I got cut on 3 toes on 1 foot and also on my finger while the gentleman was taking off my polish with his dirty and long fingernails (which I did not notice until he had taken off his gloves to remove the nail polish on my hands) . Needless to say, I refused to get my mani done after I asked for another tech and he refused to get someone else. read more

Photo literally says it all. I selected a purple color, lilac. They were out and gave me a hard time about choosing regular nail polish instead of shellac afterwards. I chose an opaque aquamarine and specified I would like it to look exactly like the sample (purple with shimmer). They insisted to use black as a base. Obviously it turned out looking nothing like purple. She smudged the nail and pointed it out to me. I thought she fixed it. When I left I realized she just wiped the excess off the skin and left my nail dented. 55$ wasted. Would not recommend. I usually do my own shellac at home, I cannot think why they would not just use purple as a base with the shimmer on top. Next time I will go elsewhere. read more

I would not recommend this place. I came in here on a trip because I needed a mani pedi. They made my nails paper thin and I am worried about the health of them. My toenails are the same. I got a French manicure and it was a method I have never seen before. Do not go here. read more

ZERO stars. I left with a bleeding finger and all of my nails looked absolutely horrible. They're thick, lumpy, misshapen, and just overall very ugly. I cannot believe how bad they look. I've been getting dip done for so long and I have never seen someone mess up this bad on all of my nails. My friend and I went together and both of us were wincing from the pain of them shaving down our actual skin! They did not give us time to pick out our colors and we had to sift through the dip colors with one hand while they started our nails! Neither of our techs spoke decent English and it made it very difficult to communicate. However due to their complete lack of skill communication probably wouldn't have helped at all. I will never be returning. My nails are ruined and just in time for spring break! Please do not go here. read more

I love Tina!!!! And her husband Leo everyone here is so nice and fun to talk to while you're getting your nails done.

Such a good salon!! The gentleman that did my nails was so gentle and really took his time and made sure everything was perfect even though they were busy. He was calm and didn't pull on my hand or scratch me one time. Also reasonably priced I would say, this set was only $67, whoop whoop!! I got there just in time before the rush and i'm so glad i did i will definitely be going back!!! read more

We called about a week in advance for a party of 8 to have our nails done together! It was our mistake to start making plans so last minute, but Pro Nails was the only salon in the area that would take us and I'm so glad they did! My wedding party, family, and I had a lovely morning being pampered and taken care of without any stress or upsets. If you're looking to accommodate a larger group or last-minute appointments, I highly recommend Pro Nails! Cannot thank them enough for making my nails look beautiful on the wedding day! read more

Mom and daughter trip to the nail salon on vacation! After reading the reviews prior to going, I was a little nervous, but once I got to the salon there was a sense of immediate relief. The environment is extremely clean and the techs all seem to be personable. They didn't have the color I wanted so I opted for something else that actually turned out better than my original choice. There was a little confusion on the pricing. Acrylic with one gel color is $50; the sign says $35. There were a lot of regulars so I'm sure the place has a good reputation in the area. Ultimately, I think a lot of the aspects of my experience at the salon were good, but not necessarily exceptional. read more

ZERO STARS. I had a terrible experience. I went in to get a full set of acrylics with dip powder color and a basic pedicure. I signed in and they told me to pick a color (I was assuming the color for my toes), and then they directed me to the manicure station. So the guy started putting on the acrylic nails. When he was doing them, he cut my fingers in 5 different spots. But then he began to do something different than I got last time. He was still using some kind of dip powder base, but he was doing it differently. At this point I was just assuming he did the base differently than the other nail techs. But then he asked for my color, pointing to the nail polish bottle I had picked out for my toes, and I said, "oh, this one is for my toes. You're supposed to be doing dip color on my nails?" Then he nodded and said "Manicure!" and pointed to the nail polish bottle!! So I repeated "yes, but with the dip powder color?" He nodded again and grabbed my toe polish bottle and began to paint my acrylics. After several attempts to try to get him to do the dip powder like I asked for, I grudgingly watched him paint my nails. Not to mention, he didn't do a base coat. To top it off, he didn't do a top coat, missed a part of my nails, and they were all smudged (not by me, I didn't touch them to anything). He didn't clean off the glue and excess dip powder from my skin either. I am not usually a picky person but this experience was terrible. Also, this same guy has cut my mom's feet during a pedicure on a previous visit. The pictures speak for themselves. read more

I selected the soothing pedicures $40 which includes a 10 minute massage and hot stones. The girl did not massage she rubbed up and down my legs. She burnt the top of my foot with one of the stones that she left resting on the top of my foot. She did not push back the cuticles just buffed them and called it a day. The entire time she kept slapping my leg like I was supposed to know what to do next in the service!? She seemed to use her cuticle nippers a lot which hurt 1/2 the time when she was tearing and pulling at my cuticles. This was by far the most uncomfortable pedicure I have had! I also had a manicure with gel polish and it went equally as bad! She sawed down all my length and over filed my nails. I have little hang nails and skin hanging from 3/4 of my nails that she didn't take care of. At one point she asked me "is that 1 or 2 coats of polish?" If you want a quality job and a relaxing service this is not the place to go! read more

The place was clean and nice, but when I got a Gel-tip combo the man was very rough with the file. All of my fingers are raw and have deep cuts on the sides that makes it uncomfortable to do small tasks. The cuts don't appear as deep in the photo as they are... Won't be returning. read more

I used to LOVE this place. So much. But this last time I went in, I got my full set of acrylics removed, and a pink and white set put on. They have persistently tried to talk me into dips every single time I go in. I tell them no multiple times but they are so pushy about it. I like my regular acrylic. I knew it was going to be expensive, I was willing to pay. My nails looked awesome at first. He charged me $55 for my nails and I tipped him $20 because I loved them! It hasn't even been 4 days and they're already lifting horribly! I do hair so I work in water all day and now I'm HORRIFIED of getting a fungus from water underneath them. I've never had a problem with my acrylics lifting before. Just seems like a waste of $75 to me. read more
