Julia helped me, was friendly at first but as soon as I sat in the chair she started grilling me about where I went to before, I told her the name of the nail salon then she asked me who did my nails. I got uncomfortable and told her I didn't know, then she asked me how much they charged me, I had got a very elaborate nail design and they did an excellent job at the other place, I only wanted to try somewhere else bc that place was always so busy and wait time was usually high. I couldn't remember the price so I just told her 60 bc I wasn't sure, later thinking about it I think it was only 50, but I didn't think it mattered so I didn't dwell on it. Julia RUSHED through my nails, as you can see the shaped isn't good for most, when it came to my design (literally just polka dots) she slapped paint on the stencil and barely paid attention when she put it on my nails. I was already upset and the design wasn't anything like the picture. I just wanted to leave at that point, and people were coming in waiting so I knew this was why she was hurrying, but why am I paying for nails to get rushed out bc they aren't staffed correctly? I go to pay and wouldn't you know, it just happens to be 60 bucks exactly I was like , "wow." and she tried to tell me it was so much bc of dip, then design and I was like "it's 15 dollars for design?" and she tried to tell me it was extra for shaping. No place charges extra to shape nails. will never be coming back and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to do the same. read more

Horrible service!! Walked in to a completely empty salon. 3 employees all sitting in chairs on their phones. Barely acknowledged. Finally asked what I wanted while not even looking at or making eye contact with me. When I told them a fill and pedicure I was rudely asked if I had an appointment. Not sure why the reviews are bad because this place was amazing. Really needed a full set before I went on vacation and they took me in an hour before they closed. This place was ok with it until they realized our client is in a wheelchair. I will never ever use this salon or recommend them to anyone for anything. Our client was just heartbroken. They were pleasant until they start talking smack on customers in another language. I was referred by a friend and I got a pedicure, asked for a full set as well. however when I finished my pedi, no one and I mean no one wanted to give me a full set( they had no other clients.) So I just said I'll do it another time! Don't know if it is because I bite my nails... but literally no clients no reason not to. I will be finding a better place that doesn't judge. Tammys nail is my go to usually but they were closed and I really wanted a pedi so we came here. First timer and walked in with 2 friends and sat down around 2:10 pm. We saw that there was only 3 employees (2 doing mani's and 1 doing a pedi) so we understood if there was going to be a wait (we could come back) or we thought maybe they had more employees in the back or on break - the owner was on a phone call on speaker while doing a mani on a customer after a minute hung up and asked what services we wanted. We said 3 pedis she rolled her eyes and said they are too busy today. My friend said we can come back? The owner said the wait would be over 2 hours. Proceeded by, "We can't help you" and used her hand to shoo us out the door. So RUDE!!! She didn't even ask us to come back or put our name on a list and basically told us to leave. Very disappointed. I have been using Pro Nails for a number of year and have been fairly happy with their services. I have referred Family and friends as well. However during my last visit, which I had an appointment at 2:00 pm. At that time I picked out my color, which was pink. They didn't see me until 2:45 pm. I then told Van what color I had Choose for my nails, which should have been pink. After applying color to my left hand it came out a coral color. Which was completely different than the color I had picked out. When I brought this to Van's attention she told me it was due to the nail polish was old. Lenny over heard our conversation and blamed me for picking out the wrong color, and said it was taking way to long to do my nails. However, It has always taken longer to do my left hand due to that I suffer from the effects of Multiple Sclerosis which has deformed my left hand. They have never had an issue with it before. Life is hard enough being disabled with this disease and I should not be ridiculed in a place of business for it. Especially in front of other customers. Lenny then told me that it takes way to long to do my left hand, and if I was unhappy then go somewhere else. So I asked "so I guess you are no longer doing handicapped people?" She replied no, and reinstated to go somewhere else. So I will be going somewhere else and would advise anybody with a disability to not go to, or recommend Pro Nails to anyone. read more

Horrible job! The acrylic was not smooth on several nails. They were not the same length and it was a horrible paint job. I went back for them to correct the paint job, and it was not much better. I walked in there this morning 10:12 to get a fill. No back fill, just regular fill. I was greeted by the owner and she asked what I needed. I tell her, then proceed to ask about how long. She says maybe 20-30 mins. Cool! I say okay, I just have to be at work 2 mins away at 11. She says... ohhh nooo. Can't be done in that time. Are you serious!?
