I am not happy with this dip manicure at all. It was uneven, bumpy and I have dip under my nails.

Very unhappy with dip manicure. It's uneven, bumpy and I have dip under my nails. Asked to have my cuticles taken care of and they weren't. They weren't even busy. The whole manicure took 15 minutes, it was rushed. I have never left a nail salon feeling awful but the way my nails look and I feel I just want to cry. I do this for my me time, and this was not it. They weren't even busy. With only 1 other person in the shop. Will not return or recommend.

Nails cut uneven, polish smeared on little toe, rough and bumpy, Not happy with results. Don't recommend for a pedicure.

First time here but not happy with pedicure. Some nails cut uneven , polish smeared off on two toes, polish rough on few others. Idk girls name who did it but she seemed in a hurry and was rough on me. Not pleasant experience and probably won't go back unless they are willing to do it over at no charge! And not with the same girl! Came back today and had very good experience! Dawn redid my pedicure which turned out great and also did my SNS nails which turned out beautifully! She took her time and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. Couldn't have asked for any better this time. Will definitely return now and ask for Dawn.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. My sister and I went into the shop and felt like queens coming out. The nail techs were so attentive and quick. I got gel nails and toes and they completed the service within 45 minutes. I will be returning. Thanks!

Dawn (my nail tech) was exceptional and friendly. She serviced me for a "Smooth Pedicure" and my nieces manicure. The Smooth Pedicure is basically a basic Spa Pedicure. It was relaxing and Dawn was accommodating even with my last minute color change request and helping me pick a color. The salon is clean, lively and all of their techs are very friendly and hospitable! I will definitely be returning!

I was not sure what to expect with the new precautions but I noticed they sat all customers 6-8 feet from each other, masks on everyone inside and cleaning full surfaces after customers completed. And the pedicure was one of the best I've ever had. Definitely 5 stars!!!

    Love my nails!

I love this place!! After going to numerous nail salons around Savannah without finding one I liked, I drove out to Pooler today to try Pro Nails. I've never had acrylics before, so I was a little nervous when I first got there. However, everyone was so professional and friendly- they made me feel totally comfortable! Tony walked me through the whole acrylic process and upkeep instructions during the manicure. I showed him a picture of the natural nail length and shape I wanted, and they looked wonderful when he finished! The price was very reasonable as well. I'm so glad I finally found a great nail salon in the Savannah area- I will definitely be back!

Polish left all over my skin & cuticles cut so low it made me bleed on 2 fingers.

I was eager to give this salon a try when I saw the reviews but very disappointed in the result. Look at my pics to see for yourself - they were taken AT the salon right after my gel manicure. The gel manicure took the lady a total of 15 minutes. A MANICURE. I understand a polish change can be fast but this lady was rushing so much she cut my cuticles and made me bleed (see pic). She was also in such a rush she left the polish all over my skin. What the heck? Save your money and go elsewhere! Terrible, rushed service. I never return to a salon that makes me bleed.

After 3 days Gel manicure is chipped and cracked! Unacceptable!

I'm sad that I have to completely change my review. I got a gel manicure and pedicure on Saturday May 9th. By Tuesday May 12th there were cracks and chips in each nail! I have NEVER experienced a gel manicure that didn't last at least 2 weeks, and this gel manicure didn't even last 3 days!!!!!!!!! I paid a total of $78, and I even tipped well at 20% ($15.60), so for a almost $100 ($93.60) I am stuck with chipped cracked nails?!?!?!? They are LUCKY I do not live in Pooler, GA or I would drive down there and have them completely redo my nails. I asked for a gel manicure, and in Atlanta that comes with gel remove (free of charge), cuticle nip, paraffin wax, and neck and shoulder massage for the same price. I got nada. Just gel applied to my nails, and apparently erroneously so. I own my own Gelish manicure kit that I bought off Amazon 2 years ago. I am not a trained professional, and even my at-home gel manicures last 2-3 weeks perfectly! I will NEVER EVER EVER pay for a gel manicure in a city I do not live in, because I need to be able to roll up in there 3 days later when the gel is chipping. (I do not do any hard labor nor have I cleaned anything. I haven't even so much opened a soda can with my nails, so there is no excuse for them to look so raggedy and damaged in less than a week. I'd expect my nails to look like this at the 2 week mark.) This is so unacceptable. I don't know what bottom of the barrel, discount, fell off the truck, gel nail polish products they are using, but they need to try again. Also their massage chair was weak. It just made noise, but I couldn't feel anything. The physical foot massage was weak, and I told her she could go harder, but it's rare to find a pedicurist who really knows reflexology. The hot towels were cold. The only thing enjoyable was the conversation with the nails techs, but I can talk to people for free.

I have been here twice now. The first time was to get a filling, and the second time (today), I got a full set. Both times I had a guy do my nails, though (oops!) I can't remember the first one's name, and I was kinda rude in not asking the second. And I don't know how many guys work there, but if one of them does your nails, you have a pretty good chance of getting a nice manicure. A couple specific things I like: They treated my nails carefully (not grinding, or ripping) My nails were done evenly, base filed down perfectly Place is clean and comfortable, looks good Both techs were very warm & friendly My nails are all pretty and I'm happy, both times they did a flawless job. There isn't much more to say than that. :-D

I moved to Savannah 18 months ago and have gone from salon to salon trying to find a clean place, provides good customer service and appreciates my business! BINGO... PRO NAILS. I've been extremely happy with their quality services and friendly atmosphere. Tony does an exceptional job with my nails! I've had GREAT pedicures from Mr. B ! I wish I could go once a week for a leg massage! He's the best!

I decided to give this place a try since my regular nail tech is on vacation for 2 months. I went around 1830 hours on a Saturday and the place was not crowded. I was immediately greeted and explained the service I wanted which was a gel nail manicure. I was paired up with Henry and he was so gentle. My nails have never looked better. I even tried a new technique called the Cateye. I will return to see how well they do pedicures. It is a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Saw some comments online and decided to go get my nails done. And I love it , he did a great job. But forgot to ask his name! Definitely will be back!

1 Star - Dangerous Negligence & Lack of Care My Background:…read moreI'm an internationally recognized spa industry trainer/consultant who trains spa owners worldwide. Former spa owner (15 years), published author of "Customer Service Is Not Rocket Science," and luxury travel specialist evaluating spas globally for high-end retreat guests. I literally train the industry on exceptional spa service. In all my years visiting/training spas worldwide, I have NEVER experienced this level of negligence or injury. What Happened: During my massage, I experienced a significant injury when the therapist inappropriately pulled my neck in an improper range of motion. Pain was immediate and severe. Most Alarming: Left Alone While Injured I was left on the table briefly paralyzed and unable to move. I stated this TWICE--that I could not move and was in severe pain. The owner never came to check on me. The therapist kept insisting I get ready for my next service. I struggled alone to get up, get dressed, and walk out in excruciating pain. When I reached the lobby barely able to move, the owner sat with arms crossed, showing no concern. She didn't introduce herself, didn't stand to address me, and treated the situation with complete indifference. Blame-Shifting Instead of Accountability Both therapist and owner repeatedly implied the injury was my fault--a pre-existing condition--despite: Never experienced this injury before Felt the exact moment of improper technique Intake paperwork noted no prior neck injuries This was clearly negligence, not pre-existing Complete Lack of Accountability After Injury: No accountability - Owner treated me like I was taking advantage, not as an injured paying customer Broken promises - Agreements to issue refund check were never honored No empathy - I incurred $500+ in medical expenses (doctor visits, co-pays, treatments, travel), owner showed zero concern Refund mishandling - After agreeing to issue check (my card was cancelled due to fraud alert from unknown charge from this spa), owner issued refund to cancelled card anyway without informing me Boundary violations - After requesting all communication via mail, owner disregarded this professional boundary Industry Expert Perspective: This Is Dangerous As someone who trains spa owners worldwide on safety protocols and duty of care: this establishment presents a serious safety risk. In my training programs, I teach what to do when clients are injured: Immediately check on them Offer assistance Show concern and empathy Take full responsibility Follow up to ensure wellbeing This spa did NONE of these things appropriately or timely. Instead, they left me alone, showed indifference, and blamed me for their employee's negligence. This spa would never qualify for my curated collective and represents everything I teach spa owners NOT to do. Awards Don't Equal Quality Service This spa has been voted "Best Day Spa in Pooler" multiple times, yet other reviews cite consistent customer service failures. As someone who trains spa owners on truly award-winning service: awards mean nothing without the fundamentals--safety, accountability, communication, and genuine care. Real excellence is how you treat people when something goes wrong. The One Bright Spot The only person who demonstrated professionalism and genuine customer service was front desk staff member Becky. She kept her word, followed through, and treated me with respect. She's the only reason this isn't zero stars. Bottom Line I attempted to resolve this privately with integrity. I'm a woman of faith who prayed about this situation and hoped to resolve it as fellow believers and businesswomen (I'd even patronized the owner's faith-based coffee shop). Unfortunately, I've been consistently disregarded, invalidated, and treated as an afterthought. I cannot recommend this spa. If something goes wrong--and based on other reviews, this isn't isolated--you'll be on your own. As someone who visits spas worldwide and trains the industry on excellence, there are far better options that value clients, prioritize safety, and understand basic customer service. As someone who has trained countless spa professionals worldwide and created industry standards: this is not just poor service--it's a dangerous failure of the most basic duty of care. Please be cautious if you choose to visit this establishment.

I took my wife here for a couples massage for her birthday. She has been to many spas before, so…read moreshe had a good sense of what to expect. The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the actual massage experience was somewhat underwhelming for both of us. In fact, certain areas felt more aggravated afterward rather than relaxed. My wife also mentioned that at most spas, there's usually a space to sit and unwind after your session, but here we felt like we had to remain in the lobby just to drink water, which took away from the overall experience. During my massage, something was placed over my eyes that I initially thought was a towel, but later found it was I believe was the cover of the head rest. My wife did not have anything placed over her eyes, so the experience seemed inconsistent. I did leave a tip, but overall, we're unsure if we would return. Seemed a bit overpriced for what we received
