Very poor experience. My daughter and I went for pedicures today. Both nail technicians were very…read morerough. My daughter and myself were both cut. Every part of the pedicure was rough and nothing was enjoyable. My nail tech continued to dig her nail into my toe while she painted them, even when I flinched and she asks if it hurt, and I said yes. She continued to tightly hold my toes with her nail digging in, so I just gave up. My daughter was rushed out of chair before toenails were dry and both big toes were completely messed up. We didn't even want to go back in to have them fixed because the experience had already been so terrible. I got gel polish on my toes and this is by far the worst my nails have ever looked leaving a salon. There is polish all over my skin. This salon needs a major cleaning. It was very dirty and cluttered inside.

Even though we made appointments, we all began with our techs at different times (though we were at least seated together), and our manicures were done at our pedicure chairs. Even though you'd think that this would be a time-saver, the entire process still ended up taking a very long time, even though we didn't get anything too fancy (all regular polish, etc.). We weren't offered water or anything but they did have it available when I asked. I think my sister had the best tech, as she was very upbeat and honest about whether it would be worth it to get the upcharged "finishing gel" or whatever that's supposed to make your manicure last longer (her take: it doesn't really help.) Mine was very nice though, and overall it was a totally fine, A-OK experience -- just nothing that particularly set it apart from any of the other nail salons, and nothing that would entice back here next time I'm in the area.

She continued to do things how she wanted to even after I spoke up several times. She was getting visibly irate and even began to be rough at times. I also noticed tools were being reused in other words the were dirty and unsanitary. You're supposed to use new tools for each guest to prevent infections based on board rules. Overall towards the end the owner was becoming more rude, raising her voice, and overall unprofessional. When it was time to do the design, she of course tried to up charge from the initial agreed upon price saying because of my length and shape she was increasing the price. This was a concern to me to which I calmly asked why and she explained it was because of the time of the take down, length and shape (which I had to ask her to perfect multiple times and she still was incapable). I understood that the price she told me in the beginning was the set price which is why I continued to beginning the service in the first place. But she continued to become angry because I wanted clarity as to why she was changing the pricing. I asked that if she couldn't do the service that I inquired about why lie just to get me to stay instead of being transparent and she continued to become frustrated because I was questioning her honesty. Another guest came in and she wanted to rush me, cutting me off in conversation to which I didn't understand but all in all I'd advise to take your business elsewhere if you don't want to be treated rudely, finessed over price gouging, and the use of dirty tools. I wanted to love this place…read more.... I moved to the area almost a year ago and found this place just by looking through Apple Maps. What sold me were the prices. You literally couldn't beat the service and quality, and the cherry on top was that they offered 10% off every visit if you made an appointment. Within the last month or so, new owners took over. I went yesterday for a fill-in and although the SNS job was okay, prices went up, service went down and the discount got taken away. The worst part was the girl who did my nails filed around my cuticles so harshly to where they're now bleeding and I have bandaids on my fingers. Definitely do your research and go elsewhere IMO.
