This is my favorite nail salon. Sun is always working hard to please with excellent quality. His service representatives are amazing workers and very engaging and professional. I moved out of area and try to return to them. They are so friendly and helpful and I try and come in every month. Thanks you all. read more

This is a typical nail place but a much more modern one than what I've seen across the Golden Isles. Overall, my experience was good. I came in and sat in the pedicure seat immediately. I soaked for about 7 minutes and then received a great pedicure. I always go with a gray OPI and was pleased with my color too. My stylist did a fantastic job removing dead skin and callus. I highly recommend this salon. They are open 7 days a week. Until 7, except Sunday until 6. Lots of parking near the salon away from Lowe's parking lot. Prices are reasonable. Call ahead to confirm hours and special needs. read more

Called to do ask what time they would be closing he informed me 630. I let him know I would be arriving at that time he said no problem come on in. Arrived at 630 and had one of the best pedicures ever. Super relaxing and great customer service. Prices are great too. read more

It was all together bad. I wanted overlay tips and they did acrylic. Every single nail was uneven and it looked like a child did them.

I came home from Atl to get a manicure and pedicure for the 4th. The service was horrible! The pedicure was rushed. The shape was bad. The utensils were used that she was trying to use on me. Overall, l gave her a tip, not because she deserved it, but because I understand the service. read more

I was happy that this place was open on a Sunday and went for a dip. They were able to see me very quickly and a lady did my nails. The results as you can see was not good. I did not like how the dip looked and how the color settled. The lady did not cut the cuticles or spend enough time making it look good. Not going again. read more

I wish I could remember the name of my technician! She was wonderful -- gentle and patient. I had a finger injury that was still going to be minor pain. I was very impressed with how gentle she was being sure not to hurt me in the process of getting a pedicure. Overall, an excellent experience. A group of us for ladies arrived on New Year's day hoping to get manicures and pedicures. There were only three people working, so we figured we'd have to toggle the services. Especially when two other ladies arrive right behind us. I was mostly impressed with how the three worked, managing all six customers at once. I never felt too neglected. But I'm docking to start because I also felt the rush with all of the customers. And one of us noted that there technician was a little rough with two digits. Other than that, it was a fairly relaxing and wonderful visit. It's not a spa-spa - just a typical nail salon. There was one television set tuned to a family trivia show. That was a little distracting while trying to relax, but the volume was on a lower setting so that helped. And my nails turned out amazingly beautiful! I have received so many compliments. It looks like I received the gel manicure, but I didn't. This was a standard mani pedi (which cost about $40) but the technician is so superior in her craft. I would recommend. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My friend and I stopped in to have our fingernails and toenails done. I sat before my friend and started receiving services for about 10 minutes. Then, my friend was seated next to me and our pedicures finished at the SAME time. We both asked for a $20 pedicure and that's what was done... until we got to the register. We were charged for a $50 pedicure and when questioned the workers replied "That's the price with gel". I had a gel pedicure, but my friend brought her REGULAR polish from home and was charged more than me. They scammed both of us on the total of our services. On top of that, the pedicure was nowhere near 50 dollars. I also had a dip manicure done. My cuticles were not trimmed. Fast forward 4 days and 1 nail has broken and the other one has chipped. I have never written a review on a business but I felt as though I was doing an injustice to people if I didn't share my experience. Take your hard-earned money somewhere else to give to people who are kind, honest, and selfless. read more

My favorite place to go in Brunswick! I've been coming here for many years. Jenn is so sweet and professional. She takes her time with my nails, toes, and my eyebrows. Yes- she has been doing all three services for me! Sean and his wife are awesome too. My toes and nails look amazing now. I went to see Jenn before I left Brunswick to go out of town for work. Too bad they are not going to last for thirteen weeks. Thank you Jenn & the whole team at Pro Nails next to Target! read more

Where do I begin? Me and a friend went in together to get our nails done for the first time in years! We weren't able to sit together, which was a huge bummer, I got a mani and pedi and my friend got a mani and nail polish change on her toes. We were both done at the same time despite my services requiring more work. My nails were lifting and breaking within days of getting them done. Highly do NOT recommend this place. Got my nails taken off and redone at Luxury Nail and Spa and I will forever go there from now on!! AMAZING! read more

Made an appointment but still started 30 min late. I was solicited to buy products from two different people while waiting. I wouldnt even call what I got a manicure or pedicure. They filed my nails and clipped my cuticles. That is not a manicure and not worth $65. No lotion, no soap in pedicure water, soaked my fingers in a metal dog bowl in plain water. What seemed to be the manager was very touchy. Touching my moms upper thigh and my shoulder for no reason. He'd walk by and toch. So inappropriate Tools were not sanitized.I'm at a loss... read more

This is my regular nail salon I go to each month for full set acrylics with gel polish, pedicures and fill-ins. Having nice looking nails is a priority for me on my job. The staff @ Pro Nails 2 is attentive and usually very considerate. Sometimes they have a big rush of customers and quality can suffer when they are trying to take care of so many clients at once. Try to come when they aren't at peak hours (not Saturday mornings!) and you'll get excellent, individualized service that will meet or exceed your expectations. The prices are competitive with other salons in the area. I've always been pleased with their work. They have new pedicure chairs and they use plastic bowl liners for each new client prior to each pedicure. I see them putting their tools in the autoclave for sanitizing each time I'm there. Remember to be polite and say thanks for their service. Not everyone wants to touch other people's feet, so appreciate the work they do. read more

I had a few minutes after a Lowe's run - and I was tired of looking at my dry, ashy feet and chipped nail polish - so . . . despite feeling slightly guilty about taking time for myself - I stopped in here to get a polish change. (They are in the plaza / village with Lowe's, Office Depot, Target, PetSmart . . . next door to Skinny Pete's.) The technician was friendly. The massage chair needed replacing - I was in it for a very brief period - but it was PAINFUL - so I turned it off. My polish (french pedicure) chipped after 2 days and it seemed a bit thick and gloppy when she was applying it - but the execution / polish job was good - hence he A-OK / 3 star rating. I don't know if I'd go back because of the awful chairs and old polish - but I'd suggest giving them a try. read more

Worse nail place ever. Rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. Want my $ back. Worse pedicure I have ever had besides putting up with the lady's attitude and rudeness. Will never set foot in that shop again. No one there is pleasant and or nice. Horrible environment. If their license was contingent upon their customer service, they would be closed. Find another place to do your nails. read more

I needed my dip powder nails filled on a Sunday, so there were not many salons open. I was quickly sat a station and given colors to look at. I think my nails turned out really pretty, but $45 is a little pricy for just a fill. I saw another review that listed a fill at $35 so I was confused why I was being charged more. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience, but I will probably try a different salon next time. read more

Today was suppose to be "girls day" with my niece and we asked to have a pedicure at the same time. We asked before agreeing to wait; they agreed. Once it was time for our appointment they 1 for a pedicure and 1 for a manicure so we couldn't chat! very disappointing! Lastly, when my niece showed the worker the color from pinterest he said she would have to pick it and did not help her match the color. Overall, the service was disappointing! Color and work was okay but we will be making an appointment elsewhere from now on! Please don't waste your hard earned money at pro nails! read more

So come in for my final mani pedi before graduation at Fletc, myself and 3 other girls in my class. Im the first to sit in the chair and the first name on the list (I wrote everyone else's name). The one girl fills up all the waters for us, BUT a technician sits in front of all 3 of THEIR chairs and start doing their feet BUT NO ONE COMES TO ME!! Im the only Black girl in the group! Coincidence!? I think not! This place is racist. I would give it zero stars if I could, and didn't want to review it because I dont want that 1 star to aid them in anyway. However it need to be know and others should be warned about the standards and discrimination that is here! read more

This was my first visit to this salon; and first service in over 4 years. I came in on Sunday afternoon for a pedicure and dip powder nails. Three different technicians serviced me. I definitely will be back. read more

Overall, my nail technician was really kind and friendly. I was able to get a pedicure fairly quickly and even though it was a little bit more pricey than what you would expect, the final product was decent. In fact, the color that i choose wasn't good enough for my nail technician because she thought it didn't match my skin tone and recommended another one. Fine by me. Since I suck at these kinds of things, I was happy to have someone go and actually choose a different color for me and the end result was good. I was more impressed with the fact that even though they closed at 7:30, they kept accepting customers until that time and the service didn't feel rushed. read more

I got a manicure, pedicure, and the extra $10 treatment which should have totaled $45. Going to check out they charged me $50 and told me they charged me separate for the mani/pedi because I didn't ask for them together. Ive been to many nails salons and I've never heard of such a rule. I have done this way too many times to count based on how busy the salon is. The price board said $35 for mani pedi which I got in the SAME visit. I didn't leave and come back, I literally went from the pedicure station to the manicure station without break in service. Apparently adding a service not even 15 minutes into your visit makes them separate. I explained my point but at the end of the day I took it away from their tip which I was gonna give $10 anyway which would have made my total spending $55 for the day. I guess their Asinine backwards thinking just cost them tip. I will NEVER got back there again! read more

This used to be my favorite salon in brunswick, and am almost always serviced by the manager himself. This time I walked in and told the manager what I wanted (my usual acrylic with gel), I was the ONLY person in the salon it was 12:45 on a Wednesday at lunch, he in his native language to his people and sent out a younger girl to do my nails. (Instead of himself this time.) typically I'm fine with that. We're 30-40 minutes in and I realize she wasn't giving me acrylic just a normal gel coat so I stopped her and said "I'm so sorry, I wanted acrylic I told the manager" they then conversed with each other laughing and shaking their heads clearly talking about me although I couldn't understand. Then when I go to leave I was expecting my normal $40 total. Instead she said it's $50 do you want to tip? I'm sorry, I thought the extra $10 WAS the tip? No ma'am I'm sorry my manager told me I have to charge you $10 extra for the mess up. Ha. I guess it's niice to know they don't take ownership for their mistakes. I still tipped them and left with a $60 receipt for the same full set I always get. I won't be back! I suggest you try that new place next to tj Max. They had an hour wait when I walked in. read more

Gel nails started peeling the next day. They forgot they put gel polish on my toes-i wanted- and didn't put my feet under the light. Girl touched my toe and it smeared. I went in to get white tips. The male that did them did a great job. My nails still looked good a week after. The male was quick to do the job, so there was no pampering; just get the job done and they looked good. While I was there I did notice two ladies getting pedicures. They seemed to enjoy it. However, I did noticed that after they got their feet done, the lady that did their feet seemed to only rise the foot tub, no cleaner to clean it. I also noticed that they only rinsed the foot files, YUCK! would have been better if they used disposable foot files. I would go back for my hands, but not for a pedi. UPDATE: the nails stayed on for over two weeks. HOWEVER, their excessive nail filing caused damage to my nail beds. Don't let them file your natural nails!!!!!!!! read more

I had SNS dip done last week and it was by far the worst manicure I've experienced. The powder was stuck to my cuticle bed area and hurt the next day. If I could give this place a zero I would. I went in for a gel mani and a pedi. First thing is the mani didn't even last me a week. The guy didn't do a good job to begin with so I should have known but I still had hope. I asked for French and the lines were not painted all the way to the edge of the nail and some of the nails you could see through the white, meaning they didn't paint it evenly. When I asked the man to fix it, he seemed irritated and then he used the most disgusting brush to fix it. Instead of cleaning up the lines he brought streaks of white across my nail, which yes maybe from far it's not noticeable but for me it was; which brings me to my next point. They were not sanitary AT ALL. They only take measures to protect themselves but not their clients. First off they don't clean their tools. Nail files. Clippers, etc. the lady who worked on my toes DID NOT pull out a clean package of tools, she pulled them out from her "work station." I noticed they had a sanitizing machine but I didn't see one single worker bring out a fresh pair of tools. Also after finishing my pedicure the lady only rinsed the tub I was using and preceded to fill it up for the next client. To finish off the lady that did my pedi was horrible! I am not even exaggerating when I say my 12 year old sister would have done an even better job. Because they were getting a lot of walk ins the lady started rushing me. She left na Polish all over my actual toes, she didn't trim or file my nails evenly, and she also didn't paint my toe nails to the edge. When I asked her to fix it, she asked me to get off the spa chair so she can seat someone else and then fixed it when they sat me at the manicure station. Horrible experience. To conclude, I know that a lot of salons do this but I can't stand when they start speaking a foreign language while clients are in their salon. It's rude and unprofessional. read more

RUDE. First of all, no one said anything to me when I walked in, a lady getting a pedicure who clearly didn't work there asked if I needed help. I asked how long it will be for a fill and the guy told me to sign in. Again, I asked how long it will be. His reply? "Really??? 40 min." I ended up leaving partially because of the wait but mostly because of his rude response to me asking how long it will be. I would not waste any time or money at this establishment. Visiting Brunswick, needed a fill in and repair. They wouldn't fill in my dip powder nails, and told me they had to fill in with acrylic and do a gel over lay. I finally agreed.
