My technician was Erika, who was totally sweet and bubbly. I was offered a variety of drinks when being seated. There are many packages ranging from basic to premium for pedicure choices, which offer both gel and regular polish choices. Clean! I wanted to add that throughout my time in this establishment, I noticed there was a strict policy on hygienic practicing, which is great. The pedicure was a little old school, where the older gentleman giving me the pedicure was rough (which I like) but unfortunately he gave me a small cut. Also, he didn't use gloves and also used the cheese grater tool (which isn't good for your calluses at all). For $165 total the services were ok, but I likely won't return. If you can snag an appointment at Posh, I've heard they're good!
