The three staff were all sitting with clients. But one quickly greeted me, asked what services I needed and let me know that a staff will serve me shortly. In summary the staff that did my nails and I highly recommend her, Cassie, is efficient, clean and did an excellent job on removal and manicure. The massage rooms are in the basement. at least UP the stairs is after they've worked out the kinks. lol I have had a lot of injuries and often use a cane, so i always have to weigh how much help i need versus how many stairs i can manage. I booked my appointment three weeks in advance for 10:00 AM and received written confirmation stating, "See you at 10:00 AM." On the morning of my appointment, while I was dropping my daughter off at daycare 30 minutes away, the salon called and told me my appointment was actually at 9:00 AM. Despite me having confirmation that my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, the response was essentially, "We called the other appointments and they can't move, so we can't do your nails. You can come sit here and we'll see if we can work you in." So because of an error on their end, I was the one who lost my appointment. As a new customer, I was apparently the easiest person to bump. What was most disappointing was not the scheduling mistake itself, mistakes happen, but the complete lack of effort to make things right. No accommodation, no attempt to prioritize me, no solution.
