My technician was Erika, who was totally sweet and bubbly. I was offered a variety of drinks when being seated. There are many packages ranging from basic to premium for pedicure choices, which offer both gel and regular polish choices. Clean! I wanted to add that throughout my time in this establishment, I noticed there was a strict policy on hygienic practicing, which is great. I wonder if they're bruised underneath. I haven't gone back to speak with her because I don't think I could handle the pain if she tries to remove the nails. Plus, I don't want to remove a fresh set that I just paid for. I also think it was unprofessional of her not to tell me she wasn't willing to do my nails properly--possibly because she wanted to leave early or was in a rush. The pedicure was a little old school, where the older gentleman giving me the pedicure was rough (which I like) but unfortunately he gave me a small cut. Also, he didn't use gloves and also used the cheese grater tool (which isn't good for your calluses at all). For $165 total the services were ok, but I likely won't return.
