This salon is amazing and therapeutic. I didnt have an appointment set. As i walked in i was greeted very nicely. I was offered drinks. And they were free! My pedicure was amazing. The place is beautiful. Very relaxing. You can choose from a variety of different smells! I chose the eucalyptus pack and it did wonders. It was a minty, cooling pedicure. I had a mask on my legs wrapped with a hot towel. It was like a facial, for my legs! The customer service is outstanding. read more

I was obsessed w/my nails after this visit. That evening my son said 'Mom, stop staring at your nails." This UV/temperature color changing shellac had me hypnotized and I couldn't get a pic that did them justice. Although we were there a long time as they were understaffed for their volume of customers, once I was up she didn't rush, took the time to understand the shape and width I wanted and made them pretty perfect! I stopped in while staying at nearby hotel but if I lived there I'd be back. (Which I didn't expect upon walk in.). So, the reason for that initial assumption: Make an appt or ask up front how long, otherwise you may be waiting awhile. Decor is a little clustered and dusty - place prob could use a deep clean and a lil updating. Personally, I love a lot of plants but these are in need of refreshed soil/repotting. Overall: Service was really friendly, attentive and we were happy with our results when we left. The complementary beverages are always appreciated and melon gift was a welcome surprise as well! I will never go to this place again. The man that did n uh nails was rude beyond belief. He flooded lots of the product down over my cuticles and proceeded to pull so hard and ripped my skin on several of my fingers. He burned the tips of my fingers by using the electric file to shorten nails. Got pissed bc I wanted a professional length nail. He said I should never had acrylics, I should have shellac. They weren't even shaped properly nor were they even, they looked like shit to be exact. I had to wait almost a week to remove them bc my fingers were so painful. Had to have new ones done in Florida, theirs were beautiful!! Also a poor Poor pedicure, $85 of NEVER AGAIN!! read more

if you want crappy service and to waste your money then come here. $150 for 3 people and one of them was a child. in less then a week i had nails breaking, lifting and my shellac was starting to peel off. while initially getting my nails done, the tech kept knicking my finger with the file causing multiple sores. they didn't glue down the tips correctly before putting the acrylic on so my nails are now lifting and breaking left and right. i called to get a nail fixed after having them done for 4 days, the man fixed it but just globbed the acrylic on and sent me on my way as if i was an inconvenience to him. a few days later another nail completely broke off from lifting and gunk getting jammed underneath it. i don't recommend going here if you want crappy nails that break and what not within a week. read more

Disappointing. Came in for a spa pedicure and gel manicure. Minimal service, especially the pedicure. Polish on toes extended onto the cuticle and not cleaned off, and also polish on skin around toes not removed. Nothing in the was of foot massage or removal of dead skin. I asked for the regular spa pedicure which evidently no longer carried much other that clipping cuticles and polishing. The gel manicure was done by another person who was meticulous, so happy with that. I paid with credit card and learned, after the fact, that they now charge. $3.95 for use of credit!! The gentleman taking my card could have won some points with me had he informed me that they reduce charges by that amount if you pay by check or cash. I've been coming here for three years and this was the first time I've had sub-par service. With many other nail salons, will look for another. read more

I am extremely disappointed in the job they did. I got a full set and a spa pedicure. The pedicure was terrible she washed my feet out lotion on them then painted my toes. It was not worth the money I could of done that myself. The paint job she did is terrible she didn't even cover my full nail. Then I got a full set out on the length file job and paint again is terrible. I'm so embarrassed or my nails I just want to take them off. They weren't busy I was the only one there. I was not impressed. My friend and I went in to get a full set of acrylics. There was 3 people working, and they were all busy doing nails and also a few people getting pedicures. They were all busy but a guy working on a pedicure told us to pick a color and recommended gel because it lasts longer. We each picked a gel color then sat down while he moved on after the pedicure to do another ladies nails. After 40 min of waiting he finally came over to start my friends nails. After he glued them on her he left to finish the previous ladies nails. 15 min later he came back to finish my friends. After doing hers he did mine. He was very rough, the whole experience was painful. At the end I ended up paying DOUBLE what I expected to pay because we chose the gel and to do a matte finish. Totally NOT worth the wait. They should have informed us of the extra costs and told us they were busy or how long we would be waiting. I'm pleased with how my nails look but will not be going back. read more

Meh. I hate to write poor reviews, but I was not really impressed. I stopped in on a Friday at 1245. Two people getting pedicures and one person getting nails done. Perfect, they aren't terribly busy so I'll get in. I told the gentleman I wanted a pedicure and he instructed me to pick my color. At this point I'm expecting another employee to walk out of the back as there are currently two working. Well, that never happened! They filled up my spa tub and the water was cold. When I said something to the woman, she just looked at me, and then continued her current pedicure. Then the man came over and said the hot water didn't work over at this chair (then why would you sit anyone at that chair, right?)and that I would have to move. So I did. I then proceeded to wait with my feet in the water for around 25 minutes. It is now 127 pm and my pedicure is done. So the pedicure itself was about 15 minutes total.. Very rushed and I didn't even get a good massage more than two strokes on my feet and legs. I understand they only have two people and they may feel rushed, but come on! Not for $25 plus tax! I would not consider this a Deluxe pedicure by any stretch of the imagination. Unless they do some major improvement, I would not recommend coming here. read more

I'm so angry after leaving this place! All 10 of my cuticles were bleeding and me pulling my hand away didn't stop him from electric filing into my cuticles. I've had to cover all my fingers with bandaids and antibiotic cream. I've never had such a bad experience. I will never go back. And the nails don't even look good.
