After I signed all the paperwork, I was told by my salesman that GM only sent them one keyfob, and the other one was "in the mail". To add to that, I got home and noticed a large one inch scratch on the left front fender. When I called, they admitted to knowing about it and said it happened in transport, and the sales person forgot to tell me about it. This is very poor business practice, borderline deceptive. They are offering to fix it, but have not pinned down a date or time. We will see. My experience thusfar with GM in general has been very poor. If this dealer does me right, I will amend this review, but so far I am not feeling good about it. UPDATE: They gave me a loaner vehicle while my new truck was gone (delivered to my house), and fixed the damage. I now have two keyfobs. They corrected the problem. (But they should have never delivered the truck to me in the first place missing a keyfob, and with damage)

I checked it out it drove nice but once i got it back to my town and took it to my mechanic, I was told the frame was rusted.. sure enough i have to pay over 1500 to get the frame fixed. I called and talked to freddy and told him about the frame. He said they had no way to check the frame. That's bull because they had it in the shop for a long time. I told him if he would pay 500 I would pay the 1000 out of my own pocket. He said he could send me 300 with my tag. I told him 500 is as low as I can go and that I couldn't sale it if I wanted to because nobody would buy a vehicle with frame damage. I told him to send the 300 but I was going to get a lawyer and his reply to me was that he isn't sending the 300 just the tag and for me to pay for it out of my pocket. Now I know I paid 4400 cash and signed the paper as is, but this isn't the first time they sold bad cars knowing it.. they had to know about the rust because my mechanic said someone painted under the jeep. I guess to cover some of the rust. I have had it for 4 weeks now and the transmission is also going out of it. Taking it to Franklin in the morning to get the transmission rebuilt.. so this 4400 vehicle that I thought would be dependable and last me a few years turned out costing me another 4000 in repairs. Transmission, frame, rockers, shocks, and struts.. the attorney said unfortunately north Carolina is a buyer beware state and not really anything they can do.. so if you want a dependable car please go somewhere else. It's a shame that freddy is running a crooked busines making good money off of hard working people. After taking my BMW to three different auto shops in the area and my car not still not being fixed,…read moreI took my car to blue ridge auto in a last ditch effort to get it fixed. I was thoroughly impressed by how they kept me in the loop with what was going on with my car and the problems they ran into while fixing it. Foreign cars are a hassle to work on but I cannot give enough praise to Josh for taking the time to find the root of the problem in my car and working diligently until it was fixed. Although I wasted a bunch of money having other shops in the area try to fix it, no one has the knowledge of BMW's like Josh does. The receptionist was the nicest and most friendly lady and anytime I spoke to her or Josh they made sure to explain to me in detail what was wrong with my car. I cannot thank Josh and the team at blue ridge auto enough for getting to the root of the problem and getting me back in my dream car after 3+ months of not having it. I HIGHLY recommend this auto shop. They are honest hard working people who care about peoples vehicles and the safety of the owner. Josh is a godsend and I will forever be thankful for the work they performed on my car. I will never give any other car shop in the area my money or time of day. Blue ridge auto is the best of the best in the area!
