She was good about communicating during the repair process. She called me every so often, and texted me pictures of my car as time progressed. The owner was also very nice. When I went to pick my car up he walked out to it with me, pointed out all that had been done and things I should look out for in the future. This is comforting since it suggests that he personally checks the work of his mechanics. Quality of repair- As far as looks, I can't tell there was ever an accident in the first place. On a practical level, everything works as it did before. Speed- My car was hit on the side by an ambulance (it wasn't on the way to or from a call, it was just driving without the lights or siren on) and honestly looked pretty terrible. The way the body was damaged made the car undrivable. They had my car fixed in a week and a half, which I think is pretty amazing. Price- This is hard to guage since insurance covered everything. That being said, the price seemed reasonable to me. I'd go to Biltmore Body again.

When I called, they admitted to knowing about it and said it happened in transport, and the sales person forgot to tell me about it. This is very poor business practice, borderline deceptive. They are offering to fix it, but have not pinned down a date or time. We will see. My experience thusfar with GM in general has been very poor. If this dealer does me right, I will amend this review, but so far I am not feeling good about it. UPDATE: They gave me a loaner vehicle while my new truck was gone (delivered to my house), and fixed the damage. I now have two keyfobs. They corrected the problem. (But they should have never delivered the truck to me in the first place missing a keyfob, and with damage)

I did just that, and when I came in, they told me it was the previous Wednesday and to reschedule... okay, fine. I went right home and ended up repairing the plug myself, which was different from the plug that they "plugged in". I video taped what the actual plug was and showed them it connecting to the compressor and asked for a refund. They told me to come back the next week when the owner was there. I came back and they said "the owner is at the other location but said no." So not only did they waste my time three times, but they stole $100 because their electrician of 30 years couldn't properly diagnose a simple AC electro-magnet clutch connector and still had to get paid. They told me it was fine when I took it, even though its an INTERMITTENT issue. Think twice before coming here for any electrical work or any work at all for that matter.
