Bought a car from them, they absconded with the $ they took from me to register a title, which I later learned, they didn't even have a title from the previous owner! These people vanished without filing for my title registration AS THEY HAD SAID THEY WOULD and in fact, I now have a vehicle that I paid cash for but I have NO TITLE! Have reported them to the Fraud Dept of DOT and there is already an agent working on this vile excuse for a dealer. read more

Best car buying experience! Got me the car I wanted at the price and payments I wanted.

I went here and got no service. No one acknowledged me when I went in. I had to ask the guy on the couch if he worked here. Guy gave me the keys to a Jeep I wanted to look at and did not take my ID even after I asked "don't you need my Id?". He said just drive the car around if I want to take it for a drive and give him my ID then. He didn't even walk me to the vehicle. I went to pull the Jeep around and almost ran into a building. The brakes were completely out. Luckily there was an emergency brake while stopped the car. I am in disbelief how sketchy this place is and how many ads they have for their vehicles on different websites. read more

In December of 2019, I needed to find a vehicle fairly quickly. The car I was driving kept failing inspection and I was about to move to another county. I had a lot of time constraints and didn't want to look at every vehicle everywhere! I had looked at vehicles at AutoHause before and was impressed with the kind staff and no-pressure approach to sales. I was able to look at their stock online and narrow my search down to the four things I really needed: AWD, Hatch, Folding Seats, Four Doors for back seat access... in my price range! I went out between classes and got the keys to my three choices, took one for a test drive, and bought it on the spot. No car is perfect, but I am very satisfied with my choice. It is nice to buy from women... nothing against men. Women buy cars too. This dealer has integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to buy and trade with them again.
