This place is a nice little store located in the Asian strip. The person that helped us was named nay. She is very kind and helpful. We were on a time crunch but she made it work for us. We could have also went around, walk the strip and still have our spot available. My friend got a hair from nay. She did a really great job. She explained to the hairstylist what she want and just let the stylist use her discretion. There was something that my friend told me that bothered her. The hair stylist got a phone call Nd just kept talking about her personal life. But she is a great stylist. Even with her multitasking she is still able to get the job done very great. read more

This is the most amazing place. Nay is the owner and she is one of the most talented hair designer I have ever seen. All of her work is meticulous. She is a Wonderful person and a phenomenal stylist. I have been to many and yes many lol, and although I thought some were very good, They don't compare to her. She is also the best Nail stylist as well. She fixed my nails when someone else made them to thick. She speaks beautiful English even tho she is in a high typed asian shopping center, Don't miss out on this salon. The hair stylist was nice enough but the actual haircut was awful. I wanted a simple straight across trim on my long hair, but instead I got chunky, highly visible layers that ended up looking like the Rachel haircut from the 90s. Great place if you want layers that vaguely resembles a mullet. read more

Love this place! Came to visit for thanksgiving and decide to get my hair done. My stylist was named Nay. She's super nice and is really good with Asian hair. My flight was later on in the day and she made an earlier appointment for me at 8 a.m., before the opening time. She's really good and really patient and aims to get it done right. Very nice stylists with the ability to work you in if you're in a pinch for time. Uyen (the sister) does a beautiful job on hi-lighting long hair, and her brother did a lovely job on cutting my sister's hair. Very professional, courteous and willing to listen to what you want. Been getting my haircut at Pro Image Salon since relocating to Plano TX in April. The owner, Nay, is great. The first time I stopped by was on a Sunday just at closing time. I apologized and said I could come back another day, but Nay said no, "I can take care of you now." She cut my hair just the way I wanted and did not rush one bit due to it being closing time. I left extremely satisfied and have been back as a regular customer since. I always feel like I am being treated as a valuable client and leave with a great looking haircut. So, a friend and co-worker told me about this place and her stylist. She actually got in touch with her before-hand and asked if she could work with my hair. (I'm bi-racial and my hair is very curly and hard to deal with - at least for me.) Well, I made an appointment and I was NOT disappointed. I really didn't know what I wanted to do with it, but Nay asked me a few questions and gave me her opinion. This lady knows what she's doing. I haven't had my hair done in so long because I will go to people that say, 'oh, yes! I can do your kind of hair.'...nope. The color she did was AWESOME!!! I'm still getting compliments on it. She also flat-ironed my hair straight and it looks amazing. My husband loves it! So now I can switch back and forth without having to put so many chemicals in my hair. Before, I had to put chemicals just to straighten it. It killed my hair. Never again - not with Nay. She's very professional and does my hair so that I can actually deal with it. Her personality is the best and she's very easy to talk to. Just an all around badass! I've found THE BEST hair dresser - EVER!!!
