I've dealt with plenty of contractors over the years, and the experience is usually the same: they show up late, rush through the job, and leave you with more questions than answers. Heartland was the complete opposite from the moment I called. Scheduling was fast and easy, they arrived right on time, and it was immediately clear these guys actually know their craft and take pride in it. Kevin and EZ were thorough in every sense of the word. They didn't just run through a checklist; they took the time to explain what they were inspecting, what they found, and what it all meant. I never felt rushed or talked over. They treated me like an adult who deserved to understand exactly what was happening with my own system. And then they went a step further and personally programmed all 14 of my zones; something I wasn't even expecting. That kind of extra effort is rare, and it didn't go unnoticed. The professionalism was top-tier, but what really stood out was how genuinely friendly and down-to-earth both of them were. Great people doing great work. And to top it all off, they back every job with a 12-month warranty, which is not just confidence in their work; that's integrity. Don't waste a single phone call on anyone else. If your sprinkler system needs attention, Heartland Sprinklers is the only call you need to make. I recommend them without hesitation and will be a customer for life. Thank you, Kevin and EZ! I had been using another firm, the most highly rated service here--and they would come annually for ten minutes to "check the irrigation system" and give me almost no feedback but charge me a lot. Bluebird was very different--you could tell they knew what they were talking about, cared about irrigation systems, and wanted to help me do what I wanted. Bluebird was professional and organized and came and left when they said they would. My system is 12 years old and has had some less than satisfactory hacks--and it needed work. Bluebird wasn't cheap but they were upfront about everything, presented estimates for the needed work in stages so I could fit the work to my budget--and explained clearly what they were doing and why. They also made some changes at the end for free when the water wasn't quite doing what I wanted done. I will hire them for yearly evaluations and call them if I need additional work. I highly recommend them.
