I got a few texts and emails confirming the appointment and Eric showed up exactly on time. He looked over my system and ran it. He determined that several heads were cracked, leaking or just needed replacement. He gave me the price and went ahead and replaced all the heads that needed it. Sprinker systems should be checked regularly. The heads get wrecked and you can waste a lot of water if you don't pay attention. I was very pleased with the service, decent prices and professionalism from Eric. Smart Earth is my go-to company for sprinklers now.

I found Adam Paquette from Landscape and Irrigation Masters after he replied to someone in a local neighborhood Facebook post. I liked what he wrote. I checked out his website and liked what I saw. Adam came to our house and we gave him a basic outline of what we wanted. He got excited and started talking about all the ideas he had to make our front and back yards beautiful. He put together Drawings of his plans and an estimate and it was very reasonable. We hired him and he started the next day. He worked all day and into the evening for about a week. When he was done the result was better than we imagined. New plants, new irrigation and limestone retaining walls in both front and back yard. Adam is honest, hardworking and trustworthy. I can't speak to the actual service they provide, but when I contacted them for an estimate for…read morelawn mowing services only, they gave me 4 separate quotes for services we never asked for. After calling for clarification, I was finally told that they would charge about $20 more per mow than our current company. They also want to charge $135 for the initial visit to "clean up" our yard - despite the fact that we've been maintaining our lawn and no clean up is necessary. No thanks! Update: the owner called me and was very concerned that I was upset. I explained that I was frustrated that I had to dig through 4 emails and make a phone call to get the quote that I asked for. He explained that since they provide full service lawn care (not just mowing) that his rep was just trying to offer their full range of services. I suggested that they make their quote process easier to understand. While I still don't think that their communication is great, it's obvious to me that the owner really cares about customer service.
