He did his best to troubleshoot over the phone, but once I hit a road block, I just asked him to come out to fix it. He was prompt with scheduling, and got me in the same week. He even offered to come out sooner but I couldn't because of work. I was having issues with an error code the hot tub was giving, and Nick was able to pinpoint it to one of two errors while troubleshooting. He tried the cheaper fix before going into the big fix and luckily for me, it worked! I was very pleased with his prompt service, professionalism, and extensive knowledge and experience in his field. The cost was still low due to his diligence, and now I have my Jacuzzi back!

We had a pool leak and reached out to Evin from Good Living Pools. From the very first phone call,…read moreEvin was professional, informative, and genuinely helpful. After talking through the situation, I decided to have him come out to assess the issue in person. Evin quickly identified that the water loss might be coming from small, hard-to-see cracks in the spa tile. He suggested shutting off the spillway to let the wall dry completely. After monitoring the water levels for a week, his diagnosis was spot on. The leak stopped entirely. He also noticed our pool vacuum was hooked up through the skimmer and explained why that setup wasn't ideal. He pointed out an alternative outlet and even caught a rubber stopper that could've caused serious plumbing damage. He removed it on the spot, not an easy task, but he got it done. Once we confirmed the leak source, we moved forward with replacing the spa tile. Evin mailed us tile samples to choose from and also facilitated an appointment at the warehouse so we could see more options. During the work, Evin found damage behind the tiles, so we decided to repair the top four inches, remove the brick trim, and finish the top in matching tile. It looks fantastic, we love how the spillway looks now when it's running. Evin also upgraded our system overall: he installed a chlorinator (goodbye floating dispenser!), put the pumps on a smart schedule so the pool circulates evenly, automated our line fill, and updated our existing automation system to tie everything together. He took the time to walk me through how it all works, and everything runs beautifully now. We couldn't be happier with the results and the experience. Evin is knowledgeable, honest, and goes above and beyond. We highly recommend Good Living Pools not only for repairs and upgrades, but also if you're buying a home with a pool, reaching out and having Evin inspect it will give you peace of mind.

I reached out to Joseph for an estimate to repair or replace our pool heater and saltwater system,…read moreand I was really impressed with his professionalism. He responded quickly, took the time to thoroughly explain my options, and even walked me through how to apply for a rebate to help save money. His communication was excellent throughout the process. He followed up promptly and often replied early in the morning or late in the evening to make sure I had the information I needed. We received multiple estimates, and his pricing was among the fairest. In the end, we didn't move forward with Joseph because my aunt decided to go with someone who came highly recommended through a personal referral. That decision wasn't a reflection of Joseph's work. Based on my experience with him, I would absolutely recommend reaching out to him for a pool project.

We hired James. It's been three months now and we are impressed and over satisfied with how James delivered. James spent a week working tirelessly to rid the black mold without having to drain our pool. We had a relapse after a few weeks and James went back at no additional cost and got it back under control. As far as our pool maintenance; each week we get an email from James with the results of the water testing, what chemicals he put in the pools to keep them at the right level, and a picture of our sparkling pools. Pools that looked dark and greenish before are now bright sparkly blue. Thank you James for being so amazing! You have taken a huge burden and stress away from us.
