He did his best to troubleshoot over the phone, but once I hit a road block, I just asked him to come out to fix it. He was prompt with scheduling, and got me in the same week. He even offered to come out sooner but I couldn't because of work. I was having issues with an error code the hot tub was giving, and Nick was able to pinpoint it to one of two errors while troubleshooting. I saw Brandon's add and decided to give him a call. He gave me a really good quote, so I decided to give him a try. Brandon is a very hard and dedicated worker, he stayed till 1am to clear up my pool. He was able to get he water to be crystal clear. I am now able to enjoy my swimming pool and can see the bottom of it. He did an amazing job, I hired him to do my weekly pool service.

I would not recommend this guy for pool work. I paid him $350 to complete work on my pool,…read moreincluding properly connecting my solar domes. Instead, he hooked them up backwards. When I questioned the setup and told him something didn't look right, he insisted that he was "the Pool Guy" and acted as though he knew what he was doing. After he left, I discovered that the solar system was in fact connected incorrectly, so I had to figure it out and redo the work myself. I contacted him and asked him to come back and correct the problem, but he repeatedly gave me excuses about why he couldn't come back. Now he won't answer my calls at all. So I'm out $350, the job wasn't completed correctly, and I had to finish the work myself. If you're going to take someone's money for a job, you should at least complete the work properly and be willing to stand behind it when there's a problem. Very disappointing experience. I would think twice before hiring this person.
