He offered to test my water and clean my filter on the spot even before I hired him. I immediately loved James' attention to detail and his care for doing a great job and delivering a sparkling pool. He cleaned my filter and tested my pool and went on with the rest of his busy schedule. The next day, I was given a reasonable estimate for ridding my black mold and for servicing my three pools. James spent a week working tirelessly to rid the black mold without having to drain our pool.
