What can I say that hasn't already been said? Tony is a true professional in every way. I emailed him on Nov. 15th to get an estimate. He quickly responded and we set an appointment for Saturday morning 8:30. He showed up - looked over the vehicle and got straight to work. He made my 2015 Rogue Select look better than it did when I purchased it!!! Tony is a very kind, courteous, knowledgeable man. He certainly knows his profession and takes pride in it. Horrible customer service! I had an appointment with this person to get my car detailed at 8:30am. I was super excited to have my car cleaned by a professional for the first time. So, on the day of the appointment he texts me at 8:35am saying that he is running late. it is 9:09am and he is not here. So he doesn't even apologize for the inconvenience and says: "Just tell me when you are off" as if I was available any time for him. Very frustrating experience! Tony did an excellent job on our Volkswagon Eos. Our first appointment got rained out, but he called the next day to see if he could come by to detail the car. Spent about 2.5 hours washing, waxing, detailing inside, washing floor carpet and polishing tires. Recommended another company for some work we need done on the leather that is peeling away from windows (this is a convertible). He works from a fully mobile unit. Tony was friendly, professional, takes pride in his work, and excellent at communicating with the customer. We will definitely use his services again! I had Pro Detailing come out to spruce up my son's Kia so he can sell it. It had been sitting for 2 years!!!! Tony came earlier than planned, which was ok with me. He did a really good job. There was a couple small spots on the outside that still had some pollen on them, but it was almost a 1000 degrees and he was there for hours. I knew that the car still wasn't going to be moved for another month and I didn't feel it was a big issue at all. The BIGGEST issue was the inside which had 3 years of my grandson being in it. Showed up 30 minutes early. He looked over both SUVs and asked us exactly what we wanted because he didn't want to charge us for anything we didn't need/want. He told us exactly what he was going to charge before he started. He finished everything (interior & exterior) in about 3 hours and both SUVs look as good as new.
