They specialize in the serious cyclist superfast recumbent trike's, but when I called the owner told me he carried one quality upright adult trike that he called the "old people trike" - and I knew I had found my guy! This is a high-quality, super sturdy adult trike that he showed me how to adjust the seat and handlebars, etc., had me ready to roll in minutes. So thrilled I was able to purchase from a local merchant and support business, even though I had to drive from Franklin to Murfreesboro to do so. Jay, Timothy and the entire staff come across as enthusiasts who are also committed professionals. I rode several bikes when I was there and got an idea what to consider. I didn't feel any pressure to buy on the spot, and Jay cheerfully answered any questions I had as I was doing my research. After the purchase, I had a minor problem with one of the tubeless tires I had requested. Jay and the team jumped right on it, addressed the issue, and also talked me through what was going on and how it all works. I really appreciate that approach - I want to know all I can about my bike, and they are happy to educate me. I've had the pleasure of visiting twice now. They sell many great brands, and on both visits, had GREAT sales! I could kick myself for not buying a Kavu bag when it was marked down from $50.00 to $20.00! When I went back, they were all gone! The staff is incredibly friendly. I think I was asked twice on each visit if I needed help with anything. If you're looking for active wear or jackets/coats, you definitely need to check this place out. Again, especially because of their sales! (I almost don't want to post this because they may sell out of the jacket I want!) While they offer some shoes, their selection is fairly limited.

Didn't find what I wanted, at least not at my price point. Customer service was good. They mostly left me alone unless I asked questions or needed help with something.

Not just as RSOs who keep the range safe and running professionally, but as people who truly care. They've taken the time to help me out when I've asked them questions in passing on how improve my grip, understand maintenance, learn small tips and tricks, as well as gain better perspective on things like concealed carry. Every question I've had has been met with respect and real guidance, never ego or attitude. The facility itself reflects that same standard. It's clean, safe, and feels "state of the art", which made it even easier to feel comfortable spending time there. Between the range, the rentals, their product knowledge and guidance, it played a huge role in helping me feel confident choosing my first firearm. This place has made a bigger impact on me than I expected, and I'm genuinely thankful for it.

Employee RYAN was screaming ' I refuse to sell you a bigger bike ' after a test ride the next size up was only 1.5 inches larger. Don't even deal with someone who has THE SMALL MAN COMPLEX. When entering the TREK Franklin shop tell the Managers that you have been warned about the Employee RYAN and Stay Far Away from the employee named RYAN and make it possible to get your CORRECT SIZE BIKE. Parts,/service is not customer centric (maybe not all, my experience this morning) makes me wonder why they're still in business.). I won't get into the details but I called this morning, tire in stock.....in and out within an hour....The service counter laughed and said we'll do what we can do. The owner should be paying attention. He probably doesn't care....but they are not the only game in the area. Last visit for me. I've been riding HDs for 56 years. These wannabes should wake up to what they tell customers.

I made an appointment to have two tires replaced on my 2020 RG, a two hr job. I arrived early and…read moreallowed 3 hrs since you're rarely 1st in line. After 3.5 hrs they approached me saying I. needed front bearing on a bike with 14k miles. I had waited long enough and the work advised meant the bke ain't even back together. I. declined a said just return the bike to me. The counter help has always. been very helpful and. checked. on why the bike was tied up so long. 1st excuse was because my air ride suspension wasn't working. I know I've had issues in the past but it's a simple system. Three wires that activate it and a seat removal maybe a 20 minute fix. 2nd there was a back log in the tire room. I was the only customer left in the store. 3rd was a belt tension issues because air ride changes it. When they reinstall a rear tire they always adjust the belt tension because of wear and possible misaligned adjusters. All standard, nothing that presents a problem. Finally after 4 3/4 hrs they tell me 5 minutes. I pay the bill and go to leave, no bike. After searching I see it still on the lift with no one doing anything with it. Anther 15 minutes and I finally get it back. 5 hrs for a two hr job. I'vee never had a problem w CoolSprings HD but this is inexcusable. If I have to wait 2-3 hrs more than what a job is rated for I might as. Well travel an extra hr to a different dealer. I guess if you want even a simple job done there you're better off leaving the bike all and hope its done.
