They had some sale items displayed all through out the store. Staff working (and there were plenty of them) didn't say anything until we were walking out the door. Selection on hand was extremely limited! The couple things they had that I might have been interested in were only available in size small (literally one size left). Not sure if we caught them at a bad time or what, I'd really only come back to check if we were already at the mall and walking by, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back to this location. Compared to other North Face locations it just doesn't compare.

The Tube was around 10-15$ to replace but I ended up getting a new bell as my old one was broken. They even added it on for me. Overall, I would return as it is better than traveling an hour to the REI store by bike.

As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by Adrian, and he was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Adrian took the time to help us find the right sizes, colors, and styles, and thanks to his expertise, we ended up purchasing four pairs of cowboy boots! The entire experience was welcoming, relaxed, and enjoyable. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Honestly, without Adrian's help, we probably would have walked out empty-handed. He truly went above and beyond and represented Boot Country extremely well.
