Interesting to read all the great reviews. I do not have as good an experience with them buying my trike. No return phone calls, no communication within dealership. But they had the bike I wanted, so I stuck with them. On a Thurs, I put $500 down to hold this trike - #1 -because I live 3+ hrs away, & #2 - Hurricane Helene was heading our way. Fri I drove a local TriGlide & decided I liked it. Saturday I left several messages there to say Yes, I want the trike, before finally getting a return call. Tuesday I get a call from their irrate sales manager saying I need to make damn decision cuz they can't hold the trike indefinitely. I told him I agreed to buy it on Saturday. No apology, no OH, glad you like it. Nothing. Just Ok, bye! They delivered the trike. Rode it couple months, then went to log my HOG365 miles. Turns out odometer milage on Bill of Sale was stated in Miles, but my odometer was set to Kilometers. Took ~6 phone calls to get someone on their end to acknowledge the problem, & they'd take care of it. That was a month ago - since then NOTHING from them! So I got the trike I wanted in the one year only color, but their customer service sucks. I didn't even mention trike arrived with dead battery, which required several phone calls to admit their error & agree to fix it. read more

I've been doing business with Moonshine since 2019 when the MoCo gave me a bad crank. Unfortunately the people who worked on prior to Moonshine never checked it. Moonshine caught it and I had to replace the crank so I put a 131 Stroker motor in. Bike ran great but not good enough so the next year I upgraded to some 135 goodies and now it runs awesome! read more

I've been going to multiple moto dealers trying to find my first bike, but I sure enough aren't going to get a Harley Davidson. Especially from these guys !!! Went to check some bikes out and didn't even get a quick hello or anything of the sort. Felt very uncomfortable and my girlfriend suggested we leave because of their non-hospitality. Absolutely made me feel like I was in the wrong for even going to this place or as if I did something wrong. The only reason we bought our bike from them was because we absolutely loved it and we couldn't find anything close to it. That was the only positive thing about our interaction with this dealer. They are almost cocky to a poin, they don't value or appreciate their customera for sure. They was inconsiderate to our time and didnt care how much they inconvenienced us. This has been the WORST decision and vehicle purchase I've ever made. I purchased a 2004 Electra glide with only 28k miles on it. In the space of two years I've had it back at the dealership service center over a dozen times. The first 7 times was to fix the same problem and over and over they said it was fixed only for me to get 5 miles away from the dealership and the problem returns. Several times this happened. Since then, things have broken or failed, and every time the people at the service desk, just offhandedly tell me, yeah, that part was crap when they built the bike. No one warned me About this when i was shopping for the bike. I was willing to give Harley Another chance and went in and picked out a bike that was 10 years newer with only 20k. It wasn't in my budget to have my payment amount double so asked them to work with me on the price and then informed them I could make a bigger down payment than I originally estimated. I just left moonshine Harley after standing around for nearly an hour, absolutely disgusted. The salesman brought out the numbers for the deal and it looked like it was gonna be doable. Then he casually informs me that these numbers are for a completely different bike, one id never even looked at, and has almost 70k miles on it!!! He couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone and ASK me if I'd be interested in that deal. And he couldn't be bothered to mention it while I was standing around like an idiot for an hour. At this point I do feel like an idiot for switching from Honda to Harley. My last two bikes combined didn't cost what my Electra glide cost. And on top of that I've spent $5000 in repairs since I bought it. I NEVER had anywhere close to these kind of problems with my Kawasaki and Honda. And I don't think anyone at Moonshine Harley gives a shit. At this point I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. And I am beginning to see why so many people say you spend more time fixing a Harley than riding one. WORST DECISION EVER read more

I have been following MSHD for the last few years. I decided to pull the trigger on a 131 build for my 2020 RG 114. I had spent way to much money trying to keep the 114 fast and not getting good results. I spent the coin this last March... Let me tell you, night and day difference. When you think it is done, there is more. My Indian riding Brother who has has work done to his 108, blew him away. Just waiting to run my other Brother with a built T-man 130. Bike is running like clockwork. Aaron, Jamie and Mike made my wife and I feel like family when we were there, we live in Michigan. Took the bike for a 100 mile ride before we left to go back home. I bought a brand new 2019 Harley Davidson Road Glide on April 13. Paid cash for purchase and requested some lighting upgrades before taking delivery. Wrote personal check so I understand waiting until check cleared before delivery. However, even though I have been a customer many times was treated as suspect. Customer satisfaction survey revealed my displeasure at how transaction was handled. Contacted by owner and promised better service going forward. So.... I went into Moonshine H-D this last Monday just to check out some bikes, the dealership and pick a few brains regarding my upcoming build. For anyone wanting ideas for a bad a$$ build, this is the place to go. Check out their YouTube site and Mike and the crew can give great ideas to give your bike the horsepower it deserves. Admittedly, when I first walked in to the parts counter to pick brains I was met with a bit of animosity, frustration and basically kicked in the nuts for wanting to get parts and do my own build. The issues stems from prior customers coming in, price shopping and getting "lists" of parts and not giving any credit to these hard working men/women. After explaining my situation... (I'm a gear head, and I love to do my own wrenching. No disrespect to these guys, but it give me quality time with my dad)... it turns out these guys want to help, they just don't want to get hosed with no KY. Overall.... I have purchased multiple motorcycles from Cool Springs Harley over the past 18 years and have always received great service. Today was another example of why I chose them over other Harley dealers. I was having a problem activating my Sirius XM radio so I brought my bike in for service. I explained to the service department that Sirius technicians stated my XM antenna must be lose as they couldn't get a connection. Well a little later the Harley Technician and service writer brought my bike out and Sirius was playing loud and clear. I was shown how to set the Sirius stations up and all was well. It was a user error on my part as well as Sirius. Everyone I worked with was friendly and cared about myself and my bike. That's called great customer service! read more

This is compared to my bike being at a different shop for two weeks and they could not procure the parts. I am a Harley Davidson Motorcycle owner and enthusiast. I am in Tennessee on vacation. The first time I visited this Harley Davidson I asked the parts department a question and was looked at like I had a third eye on my forehead. They were however setting up for a photo shoot and I assumed they were just really busy. The second time I came in it was two days later during their summer sizzle; live music, free food and free beer, who can resist! I made the mistake and asked the parts department another question and again was treated like I had a third eye on my forehead. The parts gentleman had a smug attitude towards me. If you are shopping for motorcycle clothing the staff is very pleasant and nice. I wouldn't recommend dealing with the parts department unless you want to be talked down to and made to feel like an idiot. read more

Gorgeous bikes, but beware, they will take advantage of you, especially if you are a woman. Sales guy was nice and patient, but they got my boyfriend talking about motorcycles and pulled me in the office to sign paperwork. I got home and realized the prices for the warrantees were vastly inflated when I compared his paperwork to mine, and he bought a brand new street glide a 3 months ago. I requested to cancel said warranty, since you can cancel at anytime, I have sent two emails and called 3 times. I have not received a call back or reply to my emails. Less than 24 hours after I signed the paperwork, I asked them to cancel the sale, shred the paperwork since the bike had not left their dealership, after realizing how badly I had been bent, they refused. A 785 credit score will get you a 8+% interest rate, even though they say they are running a 0% promotion on the radio. Be super cautious, don't believe a word they say when it comes to financing. Check every other dealer first. read more

I've been to Harley shops all over the country and this is the ONLY Harley store with apparel I would actually wear!!! Cara hand picks everything only for this location and her eye for these clothes is so impressive. If you have never been excited about Harley clothes before, come to THIS STORE ONLY! There were so many pieces that were trendy and could be worn for a night out or for moto-wear. I will only ever shop at this Harley store for apparel. We were also very impressed with the guys in the shop too. We will certainly be back for clothes and for our bike to get worked on. read more

A place that takes care of it's customers should have better reviews than Cool Springs Harley-Davidson does on Yelp. I'm going to play the "Yelp Review Batman" and be the caped crusader that saves the day by gaining this dealership a customer or two. I have been to a lot of Harley Dealerships. My first Harley was bought from a good high-volume dealership in L.A. and my parts for said bike came from a smaller-town dealership in St. Petersburg, FL. I'd like to think that Cool Springs Harley is comfortable nestled in between both of those in terms of volume and feel. I set out to buy another Harley. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I wasn't going to settle. Imagine my surprise as I got a call from my step-dad (as he was buying his 2014 Street Glide) that Cool Springs H-D has the exact bike that I dreamed up. It was no more than a day after he bought his from Cool Springs H-D that I, too, bought a brand new Street Bob from "Senior". H-D dealers are based upon a scale. They ask you to "give them tens" if they've answered all of your questions, helped you the way that you needed to be helped, and basically made your experience the best one that it could be. Needless to say.. I have them 10s. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the area looking for a new H-D. If not for environment, layout of the store, distance, etc... do it for the service. I was out in Murfreesboro, TN visiting my in-laws when I came to find out about Harley Davidson bike rentals. I tried calling a couples times but just decided to go down to the dealership. Honestly I was a little hesitant to rent a bike that's not normally in my comfort zone. I met with Tammy who runs the rental department, she was very nice and professional, answered all my questions and concerns. She took me through a effortless process to rent the motorcycle. The whole staff in general at this dealership was very nice and helpful. After riding a Harley Davidson for 2 days through the back roads and hills of TN I can definitely say I am a convert to HD! We rented a 2016 HD Ultra Limited for the special price of $99 for 24 hours. The overall rental process was smooth and painless. Jeff was extremely helpful giving us some ideas where to ride and sights to see. The dealership was very friendly and answered all the questions we had and even said they would beat any price from any dealer. We were unable to test this claim but will keep it in mind when I'm in the market. If you're interested in touring Tennessee, Alabama or Kentucky this is a great way to do it. read more

Purchased my HD 2010 Road Glide from Brandon all over the phone and they delivered it directly to my doorsteps. Brandon made the process easy and seamless as possible. Two drawbacks were that we agreed to have them throw in delivery at no extra charge but I ended up paying for delivery in the end and they did not provide me with an owners manual for the bike when delivered. We bought a Harley in May from moonshine and loved the experience! However since then we've had to take the Harley in for making a noise. It took 4 days of my husband calling to even get someone to call back to make an appointment. The appointment was set for Saturday June 26th so we dropped it off Friday night. We just called to see the progress and when it would be done (at 5:00pm. They closed at 6:00) and were just informed that appointments don't mean anything there And they bump appointments for services and tires. So the appointment we had to have (that took a week to even make!) wasn't honored and they won't get to it until sometime next week. Oh! And the warranty we bought, can not be used at another * authorized* Harley-Davidson dealership. If you're thinking about getting a Bike from moonshine, DON'T! It has been 30 years since I road so I went to a bike night that HD Cool Springs put on. After meeting and talking to Jason the GM and Rich the owner they made me feel right at home. I took the safety and the instructors were great. They were really concerned about riding safe and I still use way I learned every day I ride. I bought my first Harley a 2006 Sportster. They made is easy and I could tell everyone I met at the dealership cared. I was told I was now " part of the family" . At first I thought they just said that to make me feel good about buying my bike there. Every time I stopped in everyone was so friendly and even remembered my name from the parts department to Larry B in service. 6 months later I upgrade to a Heritage Softail Classic .
