    After five years of dreaming of a Polaris Slingshot, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased a 2025 Slingshot SL from Sloan's. I worked with Kyle Weaver throughout the sale. A very courteous, knowledgeable young man who answered all of my questions. Test drive went well, paperwork went smoothly and quickly. Waited 3 days for the check to clear the bank before I could pick it up, In the meantime, they conducted a full detail on the entire vehicle. It shined like a mirror when I picked it up! Kyle conducted a in-depth vehicle orientation with us, and even helped us with fittings for the proper size helmets. I am VERY pleased with the overall experience, and look forward to working with the staff at Sloan's Motorcycle and ATV in the future.

    Recently bought a Polaris Ranger from Tim at Sloans and it was a great buying experience from start to end. Cory was also involved in the process and he was great to work with. They made sure to explain the vehicles features and also worked to get me through the process quickly.

    Store has a wide variety of motorcycles. 2 stars due to me walking around this store with 6 people in this store working. Nothing was said to me when I walked in and I was in the store for 22 minutes before I could get a can I help you. Other than than that you can rent motorcycles and rent motorcycles. Will not go back to this location. No customer friendly.

    My experience with this dealership has been consistently disappointing. From the start, I was told…read morethey didn't have any used bikes--only to later learn they actually store them upstairs. Instead, the salesman pushed me into test-riding a new Ultra Limited and pressured me to buy it on the spot. Prices here also tend to be higher than what you'll find on the official HD website, so you end up paying extra for convenience. And once you're inside, don't expect much support; employees rarely greet customers or offer help, and getting questions answered is a challenge. That said, there are a few bright spots. The building itself is aesthetically impressive, the local HOG chapter seems like a great group of folks, and the service department has been fantastic to work with. They got me on the schedule quickly, communicated clearly, and serviced my bike in a timely, professional manner--easily the best part of the dealership. Overall, the service team and community presence shine, but the sales floor and customer experience still have a long way to go.

TJ has been nothing but helpful always with everything. He's kind, helpful and their service department even helps to show you how you may be able to fix things in the future. I am a woman rider, they have never been rude to me nor my fiance. They deserve way better reviews than this. Their merch is awesome too. As someone who is loyal to Boswells since Day one, my loyalty also is with bumpus now too. Moonshine is terrible unless you want to buy their merchandise. They screwed me on a bike and I should've never bought from them in the first place. But that's for another place, another review, another time. So what I'm trying to say is, the people and team at HD bumpus are awesome! Go there, don't read these crap old reviews. Read the latest, they rock

    I'll agree with what some are saying about being able to wander through pretty unnoticed, but I see…read morethat as minimal pressure. I've been in here a handful of times and it's about half and half, but if I've asked for help someone always did. Great parts department. Chris is the kind of guy you want to have running that area to make sure you're getting the right gear/parts for your situation. Seems like a top notch dealership, but the one time I inquired about service on a bike I bought used, they seemed to try to sell me a run of the mill package service "since they'd never seen it before" instead of just addressing the things my bike might need. Also this was being pushed onto me by some kid who didn't seem to know much about anything (I've worked in motorcycle shops for 7 years of my life). He seemed to be the only numbskull there, though, so that was promising. The chain on the bike that I bought had been neglected and he was also suggesting, "Well, if you're gonna do the chain, you should do the sprockets, too." My sprockets were fine. Early summer tire deal is a good deal.

My issue was that i went to pick up my…read moreHonda (2400 miles on it with incredible paint job) and I found it with chopped grass stuck on the back fender - clearly put there by a weed wacker. The guys there washed it for me when i pointed it out. The fender was still wet when i drove it home. Once home and the bike was dried, i could see scratches on the back fender where the grass had been weed wacked onto it. I was able to get a detailer to work them out. Nothing deep, but still surface scratches and grass on a beautiful low mileage bike. They may be mechanically good but I wouldn't trust them again. If your bike has a nice paint job - i recommend you may want to look elsewhere. I know it was the landscapers who did the damage but still, if my bike is there i trust it should be safe.
