Renewed my BLS here and loved it! The registration process can be confusing at first, but is actually very straightforward. I used the contact form on their website, included the course and date I wanted to attend, and received a confirmation email within the hour. Parking was very easy to find along the street right outside the building. Class sizes were capped to allow for proper distancing. The class itself was stress-free, entertaining, and easy to follow along. Loved how the instructor incorporated his own personal experiences and gave us some extra tips. I took the basic cpr class Dec 2021. They used to give us our cpr cards at the end of class. This time I was told they will email them. I've gone to pro cpr for over 20 years no issues at all. They have great classes. But I was on a time crunch moving 500 miles away. I looked every day for a email. After a week I called left messages and emailed. No reply. It's now Feb 8th, 2022. It looks like I'll need to take another cpr class for my employer. That's my only complaint in the last 20 yrs. read more

I took a BLS class with Mark today in preparation for nursing school, and the class was awesome and super informative! Usually CPR/BLS classes can be a little intimidating (especially if you're not in the medical field or new to it), but Mark made the class super accessible and promoted a friendly environment. I've renewed my CPR certification every 2 years for decades, so I've seen a variety of different approaches to teaching the same dry subject. I appreciated that the instructor did not rely on videos for teaching CPR (less than 10 minutes of the three hour class was spent watching a video). He covered each area, (adult, child and infant CPR plus choking) very thoroughly. He had good pacing and voice modulation which allowed him to repeat himself frequently to reinforce the concepts without appearing to drone on and on. The CPR manikins and other equipment were up-to-date and The setting was comfortable enough. Hopefully I'll never need to utilize what I learned in that class, but if I do I think I will recall it better than I would have with some of the other classes where the material is presented by video and not so well reinforced. read more

It's always a good thing to be CPR(BLS) certified but somehow I can never find the time to get certified until the last minute. PRO-CPR has ample availibility of classes while maintaining proper COVID protocols. Mark is very knowledgable and presents in a manner that is concise and easy to retain the information. Been coming here for ACLS and BLS since 1997. Love there techniques and teaching. The husband and wife team are two for one a RN and EMT. The education is engaging and makes the time fly. They also offered the both ACLS and BLS in the same day. It's more proficient to be able to do the pre-study then the in person teaching. They held classes every wed & sat which I find very convenient!! The location is also good and close by a lot of food establishments such as 7-eleven, Hole Mole and some donuts for your hungry tummy! This place is legit, ignore posts that say otherwise. This is just a really small business, the person who owns it obviously has other stuff or jobs on their plate so they cannot answer every call and email every time. And my experience was a return email right away, she was super helpful and the whole experience was amazing. I did the hybrid version where you do an online portion then go in person for the hard skills review/test. You use the actual dummies adult, child and infant. The whole thing was easy to do as long as you read everything in the online class. I'm so glad this business exists. And people should chill out and wait for a response instead of demand. read more

I've been coming to Pro CPR for my PALS & ACLS recerts for quite some time. Mark is a great instructor! His experiences bring so much to the learning experience. I've recently had to renew both again during this whole COVID-19 situation and was worried about how the class setup and size would be. Everything was great, the class size was kept to 5-6 people and we were distanced inside the classroom. We all had masks on. Mark had his alcohol spray bottle to keep us sanitized in between touching manikins and the equipment. Definitely recommend them!! read more

I've been going here for several years now. I had to pay out of my pocket to come here instead of one offered at my work. I started coming here because it's a) close to home, b) convenient class scheduling c) if you need bls too, stay a little after class to review and get your cards the same day! It's worth it. GREAT INSTRUCTORS AND GREAT CLASS!! If you're looking to get or renew your cpr and first aid card, on a budget, and fastest way to get it, this is the place to go to!! Seriously I've researched other places to renew my cpr and first aid, and all were just way too, and Had class sessions weekly. But here at PRO-CPR, You're there in and out with learning so much material. First you need to register by going on the website and you can see what days they have classes and just email them on what day you would like to attend since class fills up. First time there I came for BLS CPR, and Patrick was so helpful! He was on point about every instructions and very hands on with the class. The class was so fun! After he was done with his teaching we took the test and I passed the test with flying colors. And that alone only cost my $40 Second visit, I came to get my first aid card. There's 2 parts to get it, the online course ($28) which was easy and only took me about an hour to do it, then come in to take the skills check off test ($30) Again you have to email them when you want to come in. I came with my friend and we both spent about 15 minutes because there were just 3 people in class. (Of course after Mark went over first aid materials to refresher our minds) So literally were were just in and out. Btw Mark is so awesome!! FYI cash only don't forget about that guys!!!
