This email came inconveniently after the class ended but at least they provided us an update and options. About 10 of us made a reservation for the hybrid cpr class on Sunday and had all arrived 10 minutes in advance. The instructor sent emails out to us saying we should we there on time otherwise we are not allowed to take the class, but he has not arrived within an hour of the scheduled time slot (12 pm to 2:15pm). We are beyond upset about this unprofessional behavior from this organization (aka Frontline Alliance Health and ran by Lui Tortuya).
