Even with it being a busy weekend day I was immediately greeted by Tilly. She obviously pegged me as a clueless newbie. I admitted I was clueless how to go about getting a card for the machines, or even what machines to use for that matter. She dropped what she was doing and took the time to walk me through the card acquisition, made suggestions to which washers and dryers would be the best options based on what I'd brought in. She made sure I got them started and kept an eye out again when it was time for me to move to the dryers. She made the entire experience so comfortable and easy there is no doubt that I'll be returning regularly until the construction is finished.

They are typically busy but I've never had to wait for a machine. Some machines use coins while others (that I use) allow for a credit card swipe. They have detergent, softener sheets, etc for sale as well as a couple of drink & snack food vending machines. The bathrooms are always clean. Both the employees and the customers have always been friendly. With the storefront being on a plaza corner there's always plenty of parking.

I was hoping they would be ready at 11:30 a.m. or even 12pm the next day as I was told 24 hours. ? They advertise fast service & convenience. I asked if it were possible to be ready by lunch time the next day? I was told yes, but had to pay 20% extra. I picked up the dresses at 5:00 p.m. They do not do referral discounts either. Was happy with the dresses and they looked really nice. These were toddler dresses for picture day. The sleeves were ruffled and still a lil wrinkly, but I am still satisfied. They both had decorations and sparkly designs on them; and none were damaged. I did fill out the online questionnaire for pick-up and delivery options and never received a response.
