When I took it there, the owner said he didn't know if it could be cleaned thoroughly, because the lace is 10 years old and the dress is 70. I just picked it up today, and it looks like a brand new dress! This is a great business model! Underpromise/overdeliver. I was told it could cost up to $650, which I was willing to pay. I had had the dress preserved after my wedding 43 years ago for $200. It came in at $500.

They are typically busy but I've never had to wait for a machine. Some machines use coins while others (that I use) allow for a credit card swipe. They have detergent, softener sheets, etc for sale as well as a couple of drink & snack food vending machines. The bathrooms are always clean. Both the employees and the customers have always been friendly. With the storefront being on a plaza corner there's always plenty of parking.

Such a nice man with kind words for my son and his new profession as a firefighter/EMT. His son-in-law is one as well. I drove 25 minutes to Watkins and passed a lot of other cleaners, and I will continue to do so because they are so kind, efficient, and well priced--and you can tell they care about their quality and integrity toward their customers.
