We scheduled a carpet cleaning for our 4-bedroom home. All the carpet is just on the stairs and upstairs, and they did a great job! Cody came by, measured everything since the price is by square footage, and gave me the estimate before he got started. He was so friendly and thorough! We got all 4 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs cleaned fro $215. My only suggestion is for them to wear those blue shoe protector things and give some to their clients to wear while they're cleaning. I've worked with another carpet cleaner before and that's what they did to make sure that they didn't make dirty again any areas they were stepping on. There was a small accident where some of the water was dripped on my coffee table. The technician saw it immediately and went to his van to get a cloth & wiped it off. He actually picked up my table, took it to a professional refinisher, and returned it to me the same day. Removed carpet stains others couldn't do 5. Trusting We moved things off the carpet where we can, and gave him written instructions (We were not home). Used Pro Clean for the first time this week, having found the company through Yelp and am beyond satisfied!! The great service started from the minute I called. I had to leave a voicemail the first call and it seems like often voicemails left for businesses fall into an abyss: not this time! They called me back promptly and when I missed their call back later that day, the next day they text! I really appreciated the text because sometimes coordinating can be easy via text when you just can't be on the phone. Once I learned that they had great rates, I scheduled for a clean the following week. Cody & Eric, the technicians who arrived to do the work were on time, courtesy, very friendly and helped me finish moving some minor furniture and nick-knacks, since I had my hands full with a toddler and newborn!
