I give them ZERO stars. Rep told my designer $3900 to install quartz. After installing charged my card $13,200. Never gave me an official quote prior. Never had me sign off on the quote or charges. After chasing the manager for a month and not getting any quote I finally disputed the charges. Suddenly I get text messages offered me $1500 or take out the counter tops and get a refund. My kitchen is done. The counter tops are poorly installed with misaligned pieces. I called around usually price is $75/sqf with installation on the high end if the exact product i ordered. These people are liars thieves greedy. Don't care about clients. I never write reviews but I had to since there was no way to come to any compromise with the manager. I suggest get a quote and pay by check only.

This place is geared towards contractors. They buy in bulk and get the best prices. I come here all the time and never have a problem with anybody. If you call ahead and make an appointment with Tom he will make sure you get the help you need.

I'm almost 1 year in to my kitchen remodel. Every time I think I should just let it go, I can't. Yes, I was met with the usual delays. I was fine with that. When my faucet broke twice, I replaced it the second time spending my own money. What I am not fine with is the lousy and noticeable grout work with my back splash. I knew better than to give them my final payment. However, I did so with an email promise that they would come back and clean up the grout. My salesman Kerry, who committed to get it rectified is no longer with the company. In September Tommy took over and even sent someone to evaluate the scenario. They agreed that the grout need to be addressed. That's the last I heard from them. I grew tired of texting and calling. Every morning when I get my coffee and look at the uneven, missing, cracking grout, I feel sad. How does a company treat hard working people, who gave them such a large sum of money, like this.

Don't waste your time. To busy or to important to even call you back .called 3 days in a row.to get estimate .useless .

The incorrect fixture was ordered by Ken, the designer at the Tampa location showroom on Willow,…read morefor the master bathroom project. I sent multiple emails requesting additional supplies, but unfortunately did not receive a response. I also attempted to contact him by phone, but my calls were not returned. Due to the lack of communication, I had to drive to the showroom several times to reach him in person, which is over a 45-minute drive for me. Eventually, I was able to obtain all of the materials needed for my projects. Overall, Ken did assist with selecting the fixtures for my projects, which is part of his role. However, improved communication, responsiveness, and a more welcoming customer service approach would greatly enhance the experience for future customers.

All of the materials were delivered to our house within a day, or on the day we requested. Kenny was our salesperson and contact. He was well-informed and was very helpful. When we had an installation issue (the installer's fault), a call to Kenny got the issue resolved. (This included a late Friday at closing time email!) The showroom has a great selection at different price points, worth your time to visit and shop. Highly recommended for good service and selection. Ask for Kenny.

Only one star because the showroom and selection is amazing and kept this review from being zero…read morestars... The two women working the Saturday afternoon we stopped in were so rude. They didn't bother to greet us as they just stayed planted at their two desks. When my husband inquired about one of the pedestal sinks, one of the women slunk over, told us the size options and then just walked off. We stayed a few minutes longer but left as it was clear they were not interested in making a sale that day. I guess this company has all the business they need for now. We won't be back.

They do have a wonderful selection and some items we would haven't considered had we not stopped in. We picked out some items which we have now taken delivery on. While we were there, we were interested in some higher end items like a steam shower and one of those fancy toilets with a heated seat, automatic everything, and lights. We were told we would be emailed more information on the steam shower. Never got it. I called to check on the email. Told it would be sent shortly; still never got it. We checked spam/junk folders - nope. No communication about order status or follow up from sales person asking if we had questions. I walk in to ask for an order update and 1 piece had been previously delivered to the store and the 2nd had arrived that day. Again, no communication items had been received. I ask for previous email to be sent to my email for review and emphasize that IF we were going to invest in a steam shower we would have to order asap as the shower is currently demoed. AGAIN NO email. I did consider staying until I received the infamous email, but thought I was overreacting. So much for buying local. Bottom line: Great selection. 2 stars Horrendous customer service! 0 stars
