This was extremely helpful for me as I live out of state and was trying to monitor and manage the work from afar. Jose explained all the work to us in advance and went over all options with us before we started. They provided a detailed estimated that went over all the work that was found after the roof was inspected. After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened. Please do not use this company. They sell you on lies and promises. My mother is a widow, and we…read morebelieved that they would take care of us. Boy we were mistaken! After multiple delays from their many mistakes, we found out that our install crew was fired for messing up other jobs. I wonder if Truwin fixed their work on those other jobs or left them hanging like they did us? Why I am writing this review today is that we were promised a reduction in noise. We were promised reduced electric bills. We have seen no change. We even paid extra money for a more insulated window in the nursery which we did not receive. They even used silicone caulk on the exterior which apparently, they are not supposed to do. They cut corners and did shotty work. We have brought this to their attention only to be met with excuses. Where is the guarantee that Tom gave us before signing the contract to take care of his customers? They provided no extra insulation, did bare minimum with the install and are making excuses when this is brought to their attention. We have been more than patient. We have spent money out of our pocket hiring painters to fix their mistakes, with no reimbursement on their end. The front exterior has not been fixed and that will be more money we have to spend out of pocket to fix their horrible work. Do yourself a favor, run from this company. They are filled with empty promises, deliver a subpar product, use unqualified subcontractors, and make excuses when held accountable. What must give for Truwin to deliver on their promise of customer service and doing the job correctly? We are currently speaking to an attorney to get resolution. This has been by far the worst company we have ever encountered from any industry. We paid for a certain product, and they did not deliver. Worse they made excuses. Do better Truwin.
