Its crew worked fast and cleaned the site well. I worked with Sam (founder's son) and Nancy (Sam's mother) at S&N. This is a family-owned, well-managed, and best-in-class business. I fully endorse its workmanship and service, and would not hesitate to work with them again.

I saw a post on Facebook that pictured a home with exactly what I wanted done, and S&N had done the work. So I called them. Sam came over and looked at the job, and gave me an estimate, which was fair, for the work. Like I said, this was a difficult project, and ran into a number of snags. As S&N proceeded with the demolition of the deck, there was a water pipe that needed to be rerouted, a gas pipe that needed to be removed, multiple electrical wirings that needed to be removed, and the main power cables that ultimately had to be replaced. S&N was great in working with all of these setbacks as we got them done, and finally got to the business of placing the patio pavers. Sam had great recommendations for how this should be done, and decided on two occasions that what was planned was not going to work. He always was up front and communicative about any changes. Both times he had to tear up what had already been done, to then replace the work with what was going to work best. Over a 10 day period of time, working in cooperation, I finally had a great new paver patio. I just need to do some siding repair and landscaping. Sam, Nancy, and crew were great to work with, and I would surely recommend them for your 'hardscaping' work.

I had hired another company to widen and extend my driveway. Sadly, I did not hire Stan right away…read morebecause the original person was a no call/no show. The first day I spoke with Stan I explained to him what had happened. He made it a point to come out right away. We discussed the job that I wanted, I explained I was parking a motor home on the newly widened area and he said he will add more material to help hold the weight of the truck. He gave a few pointers which was appreciated and we agreed on a fair price. He advised me he was a couple of weeks out from getting it done and would be in contact. Stan, like he said, contacted me on several occasions and kept me updated on my service date. The day came and his crew was early (perfect in my opinion) and they got to work. They were very respectful with my property and were very hard workers. I checked on my ring camera to see how the progress was going and each time I couldn't have been more pleased. The final product came out excellent. Thank you Stan for being upfront, reliable and for having an excellent crew that did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

First let me say I really hate leaving negative reviews. The owner was nice enough but didn't do…read morewhat was agreed upon. He was supposed to install a sleeve under the driveway so that electric and water can be run to the other side but it "slipped his mind" and he "forgot". He offered to dig one in after the fact but said my new driveway would look like he filled a pot hole after the sleeve was patched over. What he should have done was offer to put one in then put a thin coat of asphalt over the entire driveway so it would blend and still look new in the event he was unable to match the asphalt. The driveway is also uneven in places, has thin areas and thick areas and small dips in it, mainly where they used a blowtorch. But worse, they got asphalt on my siding and he said he'd come back and look at it but never came back again. I gave him every chance to fix what needed to be fixed according to what we agreed to do when I paid him. Silly me forgot to make sure the sleeve was explicitly stated in the quote - I wouldn't be leaving this review but handling the matter in small claims since he didn't want to correct it. His quote came in less than his competitors, but as the old adage says "what's cheap is expensive". Now I have to pay someone else even more money to put in a sleeve where the driveway meets the road which will make the project more than the highest quote for the job. Thanks, Dave for saying you'll do a great job I'll be happy with than not making good on your promise. ETA. I don't appreciate being called a liar. He forgets we texted and I have receipts (not included). We last spoke on April 17. He says he'd come "next week" but never came. I left the review on May 3. He had the opportunity to return. He just chose not to. Maybe that "slipped his mind" too. But thanks for the rude response. Now I have in writing what was not included in the contract - that we agreed the price quoted would include a sleeve. So now I have the proof I need to take him to court to recoup the costs of having to put it in after the fact. Hope he marks his calendar when he gets the court notice and not let it "slip his mind" to show up. Note: I never complained about the shape of the driveway. The only thing discussed about the shape was the driveway curving out when it meets the road. I made no mention of that in this review, and how does that have anything to do with getting asphalt on my siding and neglecting to put in the sleeve? Dave had 3D rendering of exactly what I wanted. Typical deflection. Very disingenuous of him to attempt to flip the script and make his incompetence my fault. This person is a horrible person. Stay away.

If I could rate this fabulous company 10 stars out of 5, I would. I highly recommend Concrete Chiropractor! (¯`'*.¸(¯`'*.¸(¯`'*.¸F A N T A S T I C¸.*'´¯)¸.*'´¯)¸.*'´¯)

Our driveway was 6 inches lower than our garage and the walkway wasn't lined up to the driveway or patio. After a few outrageously expensive estimates from several companies and a few aggressive sales pitches I came across Concrete Chiropractor. The estimation process was simple as they asked me to take pictures and included a guide on how to do it. They followed up with a phone call and explained the process to me. They then sent me a DocuSign document (contract) and told me they would be in touch to schedule in a few weeks. When the crew showed up they again explained the process and in just a few hours everything was fixed perfectly and the price was fair. In fact they don't haggle or play games just give a fair price for the work.

SO This company is also known as THE PAVING TEAM. John and his team are scam artists. Here is my…read morereview on their other "business page". I highly recommend you pass on this business. John (the owner) showed up on my doorstep one afternoon and let me know he was paving a bunch of driveways in the community. He was giving out free estimates to neighbors.  My driveway needed to be fully ripped up, and he quoted me a reasonable $$ number with reassurance that the quote would not change.  Cool. I went ahead with hiring him and his team. Man was that a mistake. Day one they start ripping up the asphalt and they find it's double layered. John halts the job and tells me he can either just put a new coat over the existing old bottom layer or rip up both layers, but it would be an "extra $1,500 dollars due to making more trips to the dump."  Red flag #1, he quoted a "never changing" number that changed 10 minutes into the job. They continue the job and did ok on the Belgium block, but happy I was there monitoring as the guys were laying it down on an angle. Red flag #2. Let's get to the end of the job where things got really messy. John informed me he would be grading the whole driveway for proper drainage. Wrong. As they started laying the asphalt I already could tell the driveway was not graded at all. In fact the amount of gravel they brought in was pathetic. Red flag #3. The final compact rolling job was done beyond poor.  (John actually got on the machine to do this).  I've uploaded a ton of pictures documenting how bad the "bird bathing" is and how bad the asphalt compacting was done.  I was stunned to see all the ridge lines and marks from the machine after it rained. (Very hard to see when the driveway was dry). It's now a week later and I'm still trying to get John to come out and see all the issues. He is seriously paving the driveway down the street and he hasn't stopped by. I'm obviously getting the run around. Also worth noting he did say to me "just drive on the ridges and they will go down."  Are you serious John??  I walked around the community and talked to neighbors that used John and his team and none of them are happy. Here are some quotes from the neighbors:  "The workers drank all the beer in my garage fridge". "They kept asking for extra tips on the side" "John rolled the asphalt so fast I could tell the job was going to be done poorly."  A community of unhappy customers is not going to be good for business.
