Purchased a Cobra DS-Adapt Max K from Pro Am Golf. The driver showed up right away and on time. Unfortunately, the third time I used the driver, the shaft snapped on the downswing. I was pretty baffled, I've owned many drivers and never had a shaft snap like that. I called Pro Am and spoke to Rob, and within about two hours Cobra was already sending me a new shaft. I was really impressed with Rob and all of Pro Am Golf. You can't find that level of customer service many places these days. Rob even followed up with me a few days later to let me know the shaft was being delivered the next day and to be on the lookout for it. Really impressed with these guys. read more

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased $500 worth of Pro Am Golf gift cards back in 2019 when I was forced to cancel a Visa card with bunch of flight miles/points I had accumulated and had to use or lose. When I tried to use the cards the other day to buy some stuff online, I got an error message that the cards were not recognized. All it took was one voicemail and two emails to Tristan in customer service and he found the problem and fixed it by immediately issuing me a new gift card for $500. I will be a customer for life. I was shopping for women's golf wear. This shop had a nice selection and everything was marked down. Even at full price, a golf skirt was $34. I had just been to Dick's Sporting Goods which had few brands, all at full price of $60- $75. Pro Am had Puma, Nike & Halara. They have clubs, shoes & accessories, too. I had ordered a bag online but was having issues with the tracking number, after speaking with Blake over the phone he was able to figure out the issue, informed me that he would follow up with the delivery service and get back to me. Less than 24 hours later I received and email from him explaining he had already sent me out a replacement bag and a new tracking number. I prefer to shop locally whenever I can and I'm willing to pay a bit more if the local business satisfies 2 criteria: 1. They offer product that's equal to the online merchants or big box stores 2. They offer excellent service - before and after the sale. Pro Am Golf (PA) excels in both of these areas. They are friendly and conscientious. Their service is only exceeded by their knowledge of the game and the product they sell. Perhaps that's a mis-statement: Their service is bolstered by this knowledge which they provide willingly. Most of the time one pays a bit more when shopping at local, smaller stores as opposed to the big boxers or onliners. But PAG is competitive and I don't mind spending a FEW dollars more for the service and having my taxes support local schools, roads and other services that depend on them.
