The problem is coming from the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I picked up a pair of boots here a little over a year ago, and about 5 months in, the sole of one of Jen started to come apart. No big deal - things happen. I brought the boots in several months ago, probably early January if not earlier for repair. They said no problem, and sent it to their shop and said it would be ready in a couple weeks and that they would call me when I could pick them up. Seemed like a bit of a wait, but ok. A couple months later, I decided to call and see where they were at. "Still not ready, we will let you know." A couple weeks after that, I go into the store. You'll never guess: still not ready. I called almost a month later. Still not ready. At this point, I have had enough and ask for my boots back. They say they will have to make some calls and they will call me back within a day. A week and a half later, and I haven't heard back and now can't even get a hold of them. I paid over $300 for a pair of boots that started falling apart in less than a year, and it has taken 4 months (and counting) to repair them and now I can't even get them back or get a hold of the people at the shop. Umberto and his staff urgently got me fitted with a Wool 2 piece (tailored to fit), silk shirt, a tie, and hankie for only $1,900. In less than 2 hours I walked out with all of my problems solved. The hats are a sun style with a thick brim. Within an hour, he was able to get the logos pressed and figured out how to get the lettering on the brims. This was something he'd never done before and when it got challenging, he dug in and got the job done. He did all of this while having the best outlook on the project. Also, his price was on point with me expecting more for a rush job. He's awesome and they have great apparel with LBC logos that they produce. Once she had a solid line up for me I started trying them all on. Her and Chelsea came over a few times to check on my progress to see if I wanted any different colors or sizes in what was picked out for me. One of them also mentioned that with the pair I end up picking I get a free hem to help get the length just right for me! I was instantly sold on the curvy flare jeans once I knew I could get them hemmed for my short legs. Once they pinned my pants to be ready for the hemming, I checked out and they let me know when they'd be ready for pick up. A few days later I got a call they were ready and when I went to pick them up I was greeted with a smile by Brianna again! I have custom hats from Gladys Tamez Milinery and if you're not looking for custom hats that come with that custom hat price tag, this store offers a good selection at a fair price for the quality. I was told they offer hat care services as well, in case you need the crown to be remolding or some cleaning. You can purchase a hat box as well for $10 which I appreciated since many stores don't really offer hat boxes unless it's a Hat store or a milinery. The customer service was great. The guys were really helpful in finding the sizes I needed and sharing any of their knowledge on the hats they had. Parking there is in the parking structure and it's free for the first 90 minutes. Their closer to the parking structure next to Urban Eats and Warby Parker.

I honestly never felt like spending money on running shoes but they were like you need to do this and get the RIGHT SHOES since you could barely walk! Right when I walked in there, they helped me immediately with so much kindness!! They have this easy technology where you step on this pad and it tells you what type of foot you have and once I did that they brought out the types of shoes that would fit me the best! The first shoes I tried on were the best shoes ever they were a pair of HOKAs and it felt like I was walking on a cloud!! Mind you I could barely walk at this time because of my plantar fasciitis and it felt like a miracle! They also gave me insoles that made it so much better which I didn't even know it could get better!! I bought them and six months later I came back to get another pair!! I just bought a third pair today and was not even expecting to do that. I just went in to buy new insoles but because they were so kind and personable I was like what the heck I don't mind getting another pair because they're so amazing here!!!
