As a nurse and a new mother I have a very busy schedule attending to my family, its hard to make my meals. I'm so thankful I found Fresh Fitness Kitchen because I am able to eat healthy and the food has delicious flavor with quality you can definitely taste. Each meal I've ordered is seasoned very well and the portions are more than fair. More importantly, the nutritional facts are detailed so that I am able to meet my macros according to my trainer. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to eat healthy with flavorful variation in their meals. They also have amazing dessert that are guilt free!

Awesome customer service and honestly, really good food with healthy serving sizes (or smaller ones if you're a light eater). Highly recommend if you're like me, living alone, and don't feel like cooking a whole meal for just 1 person.

The dinner items we've picked from Eat Clean Phx are very flavorful and the perfect portion size. The sodium content is balanced and not overloaded with sauces. Though slightly higher priced than the other meal prep choices, the quality of the food, the time saved from cooking, and the menu choices, make it worth it in my opinion! Lastly, the staff are friendly at their location in Scottsdale!

We first started ordering after our second child was born and just needed readily-accessible healthy meals. The meals are very fairly priced, and the quality is always great. I'm not saying they are perfect, but no person or business is. The key is that they always make it right in the rare case where there was an issue. Also, their delivery people are always courteous and respectful - in particular Patricia has been so kind to make sure not to ring the doorbell late in case our kids are already in bed. Thank you Next Step! Keep up the good work!

I've been using this company on an off for a couple years. I started ordering from the company…read moreagain about a month ago and have noticed a few things have changed: -There seems to be more sauces I'm not really a fan of. -My fridge smells like whatever sauces or seasonings being used and I'm not a fan of that either. -The containers seem to have a lot more grease at the bottom when the food is gone than before. -The delivery person used to let you know when they were on their way to your house, now they just show up. Even though there's a delivery period of 5.5 hours listed when you order, yes...the old notice that someone was actually on their way was appreciated. -There used to be more vegetables. In one of the meals this week, there were only 6 pieces of vegetables (in the large portion). A week or two ago I complained the potatoes were burned. The company responded to my complaint. This week, there were potatoes in the green chili chicken that weren't cooked thoroughly. I didn't complain this week, because I complained the last time I ordered. But if you can't cook the potatoes without overcooking them or undercooking them, maybe you shouldn't offer them as an option. This week, I sent a message asking what the macros for the steak meal were, but I never received a response. I also included a picture of container not having a label. Their website says "Each meal varies in the number of carbs/protein/macros but are guaranteed to be healthy options. Each meal prep has labels to provided detailed description of the serving size." Aside from the errors in those sentences lol...this is the second time I've had to email the company to get the macros for the labels that weren't on the container...but this time, no one responded. I use this meal service because I used to enjoy the food, the macro labels and to make my life easier. But it doesn't seem like that's the case anymore.

I've been using SunBasket (paying $78 for 6 uncooked portions), so decided to try this out since it was much cheaper and already prepared....PLUS IT'S A LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS! So far I'm very happy! Whatever orange sauce comes in every container is deliciously addicting...not kidding, I thought about drinking it. I've only eaten my meals cold (since I work out of my car) and they are great that way, so I'm sure they're awesome heated up. I also ordered a side of the banana peanut butter protein balls (16g each)--- they are so good! I'm going to be ordering from GuacBox again for my work meals next week

The mango one was interesting but not the right thing for a chip dip which is what I was looking for. The plain however, was anything but plain. It had a great taste so I forked up the $7 for it and boy was it worth it. No exaggeration I literally ate all of it later in the day. It was fresh and delicious. I deducted a star because I had no idea they had meal delivery services which probably should have been advertised at the market. As far as I knew they only sold guacamole.

However where the sandwich was lacking was the pate, it had no flavor or salt whatsoever and just tasted like a thick flavorless paste in my sandwich. My partner and I have been using Nature's purpose for 7 months and I'll tell you why I love it. Natures purpose has been the first service that I have had absolutely no issues with. First, they don't require a subscription, I simply order the meals I want each week and that's what I get. Such a simple concept, yet hardly anyone does it. Second, since they're local the food is always a fresh and has good quality ingredients. Third, the website actually gives you all the nutrition information you need. I tried so many places that would leave that out and only give you calories. Being able to see how much protein is in a dish is so important to me. Also, they have different sizes and tell the nutrition of each size. Fourth, the variety of food is great, I never get bored of the meals because there are so many to choose from and they add new ones all the time. Fifth, is the support. Delivery is always on time, and I've had a broken container every once in a while, and I've gotten refunds each time as well as an offer for a replacement. 6th and final, it's tasty and affordable. The prices are what made me check them out in the first place, but the flavor is what made me stay. All of these things rolled up helped me lose 45 pounds in the last 7 months. I started at medium sizes and worked my way down to small sizes while focusing on high protein meals.

Mine came with Swiss Cheese, which he said he wasn't able to take off...I'm not a fan of cheese on my burgers...I know, I can't explain it, either. The rings were really crispy, even after travelling, which was surprising. And, they were very good! The Burger Den can only be ordered online and the Denny's menu doesn't even have all the burgers listed, which kinda shook me. They were also noted as being open 24 hours...nice to know!
