Was Not happy with this agency! I asked the owner to accommodate my hours of need for Services and nope they couldn't! They don't work weekends! I was told that the cleaning ladies didn't work weekends...so I'd go a couple of weeks with my Home not getting cleaned. Took a chance and tried this company and so glad I did. The ladies that came were fast, efficient and very thorough...I was so happy when they left , I called the company and hired them permanently! Prices are reasonable and they also cater to Senior Citizens...How sweet is that! March, 2018 update! Still love them and am so very satisfied.....if your not using this company your not getting the best Sad to say I had a few things missing therefore had to discontinue their services. Since there was no proof of who did it there was no police report. I spoke with Julie about the items that was missing and she said she'd keep her eye on the situation. I've been using Pristine Cleaning for about a year and a half now, and I couldn't be happier. They provide a very professional and thorough house cleaning, but what really resonates with me is the level of customer service. Julie consistently sends me appointment reminders, and she is quick to answer any questions or special requests. And a few times I've had some pretty oddball requests like, "I left the air conditioner on; can you turn it off?" Or, "An Amazon package just got delivered - can you move it into the house?" Every time they've been so sweet and accommodating. I was looking for a cleaning service for my mother. She is 80 years old, and a former house cleaner. She was reluctant to schedule a cleaning service to clean her house, but I booked the service anyway. When I called the number to schedule the appointment, I spoke with Julie. She literally made my day!! She was so energetic, friendly, helpful and accommodating. I explained to her that the service would be for my 80yr old mother and she immediately assigned Blanca to come out to do the first cleaning. Julie totally put me at ease about the cleaning service for my mother. I was also able to set up the payments through Zelle, which is very convenient. Blanca came out to do the first deep-cleaning and she was on time. My mother was VERY IMPRESSED with Blanca's work. She absolutely loved her. Blanca was able to tackle the hard water stains in the shower, she left the floors shiny, cleaned the kitchen and left the countertops immaculate, as well as the living room. My mother changed her mind about having a cleaning service come out, but she made it very clear that she only wanted Blanca to come out to do the job. She even recommended Blanca to her friends!! I used Pristine 10-15-2019 and was so unhappy with the job that the two ladies did at my house! The bath rooms looked like they were when left the house and the blind were not even cleaned. I was so unhappy when I saw the job that was done that I started to clean in front of the ladies and she told me "I cleaned that blind already", I showed her how dirty it was and she said I will clean it for you. the whole house need to be re-cleaned!!! the bath rooms had so much soap scum on it just like it was when I left the house. The stove was still dirty and when I asked about the boiler the lady told me we don't clean them! NOW I KNOW WHY THEY NEEDED ME TO PAY IN CASH! NEVER AGAIN! I tried to request cleaning services. Answered all the questions on yelp and wrote a description of what I wanted to get done. I never wrote in a date or time and I received a very short response "im booked for this time" at this point to me, first impression is everything. I would expect for a business with so many good reviews to respond with a more professional response or at least offer another time or explain as to why service is being denied. No problem, at least they responded. Wouldn't move forward with scheduling or seeking services from a response like that. Maybe just my luck. read more
