Great experience over all and under new ownership! I was able to get an appointment same day which can be hard at a really good barber shop so that was nice. You do need to go to google to book the appointment. Unfortunately the barbershop doesn't have that feature here on yelp. The place was a little hard to find since it's in an area with a bunch of other small businesses. Once you do find it and go in everyone is very welcoming! It's a very clean shop as well! Talking with my barber he asked me what I wanted and He was also very adamant that if he needed to make any changes to my haircut he had no problem doing so. Got there at 10 am and sign said open but door was locked and nobody was answering, called the power location and asked if they knew where they were , power location told me they should be there any minute . Waited 20 more minutes and still nothing , called back power location and said they still weren't here , the guy just hung up on me. SMH . This is not how you treat your customers. If I could give a negative rating I would do so, this is the worst barbershop I've ever been to in my 38 years... I lived in so cal and have had barbers do clean haircuts and beard for years without amateur mess ups and service like this ... I asked for a simple haircut and beard line up by what seems to be a 15 year old.. but hey whatever ... I tell this guy what I want, be specific and even show him pictures... he flies through the haircut and beard and when he tell me done my beard is uneven on both sides and looks like someone was playing about the end result ... like it was some kind of joke even... but no this was the result I was given and when I told the barber I was u happy with it he tries to tell me that if he had a Straight razor he could do it right ... hahahah ... are you serious ? You can't even cut it correct with clippers and you want me to let you out a razor to my face?? He gets upset and tells me he is not charging for beard as I tell him how terrible it is he can't handle criticism... I proceed to ask for an owner or manager and they tell me ... we'll he didn't charge your the beard did he?? Lmao ??? No all he did was mess it up so I need to shave my face and grow it all back ... that's all ... horrible experience I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a new barber ... terrible service :( read more

My hair got long and moppy because I didn't like some of the shops that I had been to. I tried calling but no answer. I took a chance and went there a little after 9a. They had clients but it wasn't a long wait. I got Emily. As with other places I showed her a pix of my hair the last time I had a good cut by a great lady who is no longer where I used to go. I told her that my hair had a natural part and don't do a comb over because my hair always goes back to my natural part. She listened and cut my hair to a certain length, gave me a mirror and asked if it was ok or if I wanted it shorter. I ask for a bit shorter (business style haircut). She not only was very pleasant, she was very attentive and focused. She also kept checking with me if it was the length and style I had in mind. I was very satisfied with her work and would certainly recommend her. The only negative was that it was a bit pricey. Nevertheless I was happy and would go back. read more

The barbershop is alright, people are friendly and that's about it. I got a 4 on top and a medium fade but the fade was not done well at all. I literally had to go to lids at the mall right next to the shop to buy a hat lol. Also, I still tipped pretty decent and the total came out $48 but charged my card $55. I don't know if they messed with the tip when I left the machine but I know that screen did not say $55. So if you want your hair messed up and your card charged extra then I recommend for sure! read more
