Such a fun kitchy, charming little spot! We love it for all the care and creativity!

Pros- this small restaurant was recommended by the owners of the home we rented while visiting the area. It was so good, we went twice during our 4-day vacation. For starters, the staff could not be nicer! Also, we love the etiquette sign on the front door that clearly states their cell phone and child policy. It was so nice to relax at breakfast without screaming children and people on their phones. With regards to the food, the asparagus omelette was the best omelette my MIL has ever eaten! Light and fluffy and absolutely delicious! The order of 3 pancakes are way too much for one person! One pancake is plenty. Cons- there was inconsistency with the hash browns. The first day I ordered them there were no onions which was great, but some of the potatoes were warm and others were ice cold. Because they didn't have onions on the first day I order them again on day two and this time they had onions which I cannot eat so this inconsistency wasn't good for me or my stomach. Also, as someone who can't eat gluten and doesn't eat eggs, I was a little disappointed by the limited gluten-free options. That said, the rest of my group was very happy with their meals! read more

This is a terrific breakfast restaurant!! They open relatively early 7AM, and the food is very good. I've been there several times and never been disappointed. I most recently had the blueberry pancakes. I ordered two and only could eat one! They are as big as a blanket! Service is delighted; prices are okay, too. read more

Food was amazing, very welcoming decor, and the manager (owner?) was very pleasant to us when we first entered and when we exited. I have no problem with the establishment itself and an issue with the waitress we had. I believe her name was Karen (blonde older woman, really no other descriptors to specify). I am writing this right after exiting as I am livid with her attitude toward me and my party. She was very short and cold with us from the start. She would stop by to refill drinks and say nothing. At the end of the meal, she tossed the check down and walked away- no words here either. Her behavior disgusted me. It is worth noting that we listened to how she spoke to other tables and is was remarkably more positive and amicable than how she treated us. I'm not sure if it was because we looked like tourists, had tattoos, or the colored hair of the two traveling with me, but she was clearly prejudice towards us for some manufactured and shallow reason. We did not treat her poorly and tried to be as nice as her attitude allowed. Again, food was great, the owner/manager lady greeting us was very nice, cute interior and all that, it's just the waitress that ruined our experience. Makes me wish we took our money elsewhere just because of her. Check was $56 and some change and was served/printed between 9am-10:10am 6/22/25 if the business wants to nail down the specific ticket. We would have paid exact change and left no tip if their credit card machines weren't down so she's lucky she even got a $3 tip. Hands down the best breakfast place in N.Conway. This 'hidden' Jen is diagonally across from Peaches in a plaza, set back. It's sooooooo yummy. I say you can't mess up eggs but I had no idea how amazing this omelette would be. Fluffy, perfect amount of cheese- in like every bite. Super amazing staff too. I walked in to witness the hostess being rude to a customer that was asking about how long of a wait to seat 5 people? The hostess got all bothered by the question snapped at her that it was going to be 45 minutes at least. the customer was very polite and she said oh ok we are all set. The hostess mumbled something and walked off. I turned around and left not understanding why the hostess would be this way. I couldn't in good faith spend one sent in this place. This was undoubtedly the worst breakfast I have ever been served. Asking if corned beef has was homemade, waitress response "not even close". I ordered "baked" beans, toast and home fries. The canned baked beans were served so cold like they weren't heated at all, home fries I could fit I .the palm of my hand. By the time my beans were returned heated, my toast was cold as were my potatoes. Wanted to try Eggs Benedict but waitress explained as menu stated only "no temp" meant you could not select what firmness you wanted your egg as they are just kept in the water and "you get what you get". Never again for this girl, husbands sausage omelet was so greasy he had to take the whitish meat out of it. Absolute waste of money. Hubby and I went here on the last day of our mini vacation. The lady who seated us was rude. She was brunette. Now our waitress made up for the previous lady! She was an all star! What an amazing lady she was! However, the prices were a bit insane. 3 slices of very thin bacon for $6.95? That's highway robbery. The fries are oven baked and I wasn't aware that's how they were prepared. When I asked for them crispy they came out burnt. I ordered Steak and Cheese and it was ok. It had no definable flavor and I was not offered a drink refill. The waitstaff was very welcoming as I went in only 1/2 hour before closing. I will probably go back and try their breakfast. A couple of items. We visited during the middle of the week and it wasn't busy. The food (breakfast) was fair at best. The omelette was good but the eggs Benedict was mediocre. The real reason for this review is the unprofessional attitude of the staff. They had rude comments about customers after they left and they seem to look at children as a nuisance. Well, I had not been to Priscilla's for years. I won't bother again. This morning I went for breakfast by myself. There were two families ahead of me. The place was packed as per usual. I heard one of the men say that people were leaving from the bar. He asked the other family if they wanted to sit at the bar. They said that they were waiting for a table. The other family said the same (they both had younger children.) I walked in (as no hostess knew that I was there) and asked the older woman behind the bar if I could sit there. (Her manner was horrible) She barked at me that there was a line of people in front of me and that she would get to me later. I told her that I believed that the two other groups did not want to sit at the bar. I walked out and apologized to the families and asked them if I was incorrect about their wanting tables. They seemed shocked that they wouldn't let me sit at the bar. They confirmed that they wanted tables. At this point the BattleAxe came out and asked me my name and said that I could sit there but it would be a while before someone would "get to me." I told her that I didn't want to take a spot from other people. She said "just come in and sit down!" I told her "No, I'm all set." I walked out. Had a great breakfast at the Sunrise Shack. Told them how horrible they are at Priscilla's. They were very kind. The old lady at Priscilla's needs to not be in a service-based industry. Felt like going into grandma's house with too many rules, half expected to have to remove my shoes on entry. Turn off your phone and DON'T touch the sugar packets, or you'll have to pay for them. We did not feel very invited. Food was bland, pancakes overdone and crispy. Glasses filled 3/4 of the way for drinks. We were disappointed in the food quality. Priscilla should take the sugar off the table if she is so worried about people playing with the packets. First thing I'm forced to read on the menu is how I'll be in trouble for touching the packets, right where I expected the house special to be. No thank you. read more

When we walked in, we were greeted with a "Happy good morning!" with a smile. I almost always add a star immediately for friendly service. The waitress is very friendly and stopped by several times to check if we need anything although she is very busy. The restaurant is very cute with New England charm. It is clean. We visited this place twice within a week. That should tell you something! Both times were great. I ordered the same thing both times, for the first time ever....feta, spinach and olive omelet with a little hot sauce. I'd never had olives in an omelet before, and was absolutely blown away! So much yum! The hostess was hysterical both times. The first time she told us a few funny stories that had the patrons in our section rolling with laughter. The second time, she had ME rolling with laughter by the way she let us know our table was ready, calling my husband with a hysterical "Hey, your table is ready. Get in here and sit down right now!" (in your best mom voice, of course, and not in the least bit offensive. I was cracking up). Service was great both times, but the second time, Karen was our server and let me tell you...she is awesome. Friendly, kind, and just plain good at her job. She was a real pleasure. This is a place where the sum are greater than it's parts. friendly staff, good food, & welcoming inside. I had eggs Benedict-on a thinner English muffin thank I am used to but it did not change flavor or texture. The yolk was perfectly soft, when cut into. Potatoes, something I usually don't care for, were delicious. It wasn't fancy just soft and salty - much how my dad used to make his potatoes. My wife had side of bacon and blueberry pancakes. Pancakes were large (3) and delicious but the bacon was perfect in her opinion. She likes them extra crispy and they came that way, she was quite happy. read more

I'm a little mixed on our experience at Priscilla yesterday. We've been there before and thoroughly enjoyed it. Although the Hostess was very personable, and accommodating, our waitress, I found to be somewhat snooty and impatient. We were not impressed with her and how she spoke to some of us upon answering a few questions. The food seemed to be good I thought, my husband didn't agree. I didn't hear any other complaints from anyone else, he can be a bit fussy. But all and all, it was enjoyable. The atmosphere was cute, and cozy, and all the other staff were quite personable, except for our waitress. Hence the reason for the 3 stars, the bill topped it off! what absolutely shocked us was the bill. I knew the prices had gone up everywhere, but this was ridiculous. $9 for 2 hot chocolates, 4.50 for a small glass of juice........ We arrived at 9:15 on a Sunday morning, we were told she would be right with us to take our name. 15 mins later she finally took our name for our party of 6, we told her she could break us up into 2 tables if it was easier and she snapped stating "no I'm very busy, I don't have time for that". As a customer who regularly travels with 6-9 people this is the first time ever we have been told this. We were seated quickly by very friendly staff. I ordered a coffee and then scanned the menu. The Monte Cristo sandwich caught my eye. "What exactly makes a Monte Cristo a Monte Cristo?" I asked. The server smiled and said, "Ours is Texas French Toast with turkey, ham, Swiss, and maple syrup." She undersold it... both the turkey and ham were thick-cut slabs, not cold cuts. I'm talking nearly an inch thick on the ham! She then asked if I wanted real or fake maple syrup. When I said "Real, please", she returned with a bowl and a little airplane bottle of real maple syrup. "Some people like to be able to dip their sandwich, so I brought a bowl." Honestly the little things like that say a lot about the server first and foremost, but the whole place has that same welcoming and helpful energy. The home fries that came with the sandwich were nicely seasoned with (what I think is) Lawry's, pepper, and fried & diced onions. The coffee was delicious - I asked where it's from and learned it's from Seacoast Coffee Company in Maine. I drink black coffee anyways but this needed nothing. Smooth yet bold. I had Blueberry pancakes which were okay and cost over $12, my wife and friend had eggs Benedict, the menu said they were served at one temperature, probably because they don't know how to cook them, the eggs were over done. Their meal only came with a tiny serving of home fries. There was no wait to get in which should have been a clue. I realize North Conway may be a bit touristy, but to overcharge people so much is inexcusable. I stopped here for brunch on a hot Sunday morning and there were several folks waiting outside the door figuring there was a wait to be seated. I walk in and I ask if there was a wait and was told I could sit at the counter and not have to wait for a table. Apparantly, there was a large group outside waiting. I sat up at the counter and was offered Green Mountain Coffee ($1.59) after a few moments. The atmosphere inside feels like I'm having a meal at grandma's house with country decor, wood floors, and painted yellow walls. The food orders are retrieved from a cute wooden door which opens and closes. Okay, the breakfast menu offers dishes such as eggs benedict, omelet saute, asparagus melt, prime rib and 2 eggs with toast & taters, wild Maine blueberry pancakes, golden waffles, and raisin bread French toast. The lunch menu offers hot & cold deli sandwiches, burgers, salads, American chop suey, mac & cheese, prime rib, steak tips, tender chargrilled salmon, and kids menu. Pepsi products served. The prices are fair, most items under $11. I decided to stick with breakfast and order a Big Breakfast ($6.95): 2 eggs (add $1 for egg whites), 3 jumbo sausages, taters, and raisin toast.. The food was up in 6 minutes after ordering. The modest portion of food for $7.95 plus tax was pretty decent, with soft egg whites (they used extra eggs), soft grilled potatoes (taters were okay), the sausages were like the Irish sausages I've had with bangers & mash (very good), and the raisin toast was buttered (standard). I was given a couple top offs on the coffee, which was good. Since the place was packed, it took a while to cash out since my waitress was busy taking orders from a large family sitting next to me. I was disappointed to see the menu had changed slightly but decided to try a country fried steak - something I was hesitant but excited to get my hands on. I had not expected it to be completely breaded ! I was excited to see that. Usually I don't like well done steaks but this one was pretty good. Service was good and the rules on the menu were funny.
