On the Womanizer website, it is $169, currently on sale for $139. I asked if they will price match the manufacturer, even just the normal price, and they said no. I don't think having it 2 days sooner was worth the up-charge of $100, and said I'd just buy it online. Then, the sales rep LIES TO MY FACE and rudely says that fees on the website are like $60 plus shipping, so I wouldn't be saving anything. Uh,, no?? In what world??? Shipping is free on the Womanizer site for their toys, and the only fee is tax, which worked out to be $12.30. 0/10, absolutely stupidly unprofessional behavior from the sales rep, it makes me not want to come back. We proceeded to ruin our travel itinerary for the day by spending almost two hours there. It's clean, well-lit, spacious, unintimidating, and best of all the selection is HUGE. Never before in an adult store have I seen so many display models and samples set out for the customers. Most of the high-end toys have display models out so you can hold them and cycle through the settings and whatnot to see how they feel in your hand. And according to the woman that helped us (more on her later), she was willing to pull anything that *wasn't* on display out of the box for us on request. Similarly, most of the lube selections had pre-opened test bottles at the top of the display so we could test the consistency with our fingertips (and smell the flavored lubes.) The woman who helped us was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us space until we signaled that we needed help, and then went out of her way to answer our questions. She went and got additional display models from the back room for us, suggested in-stock alternatives to products we wanted that weren't in stock (which led to us discovering a new toy we hadn't ever heard of that we're now excited about) and offered suggestions to help us when we couldn't decide between two products. And while she sometimes gently guided us towards higher-ticket items, we never felt that she was being disingenuous or pushing anything on us. And in other cases she straight up suggested the cheaper option. Particularly of note is this store's selection of kink items. I won't go into details here for propriety's sake, but this isn't a store where the selection for [insert your kink here] is a small row of novelty products. All the major varieties of "the freaky (in a good way) stuff" were represented in the store with respectable variety, high quality brands, and a sense of respect for the respective subculture.
